Does this plant have a fungal infection? If so, what can I use to fix it?

Not sure then. Check the runoff for anything weird. Any smell? If you're worried about the roots, have you looked at them yet?

There's no off smell or anything, the runoff slots have a minuscule amount of salt building up on them.

I just had another mother plant die because of a whole series of unfortunate events starting with me spraying her with h2o2 when she didn't need it and killing half her branches and the coco I used somehow turning into something more soil-like (could've been all the mycos powder I added) and mushrooms popping up every week and the medium smelling of mushrooms.

Check for mites the one leaf appears to have some yellow specks on it.
