YES She is talented in for two reasons:
1. She's one hell of a singer (check some of her songs she did BEFORE she became "lady gaga")
2. She's business minded, she brought her fucked up clothing style for a reason.. to bring medias eyes on her, thats how people started hearing about her and eventually suddenly everyone knew about the woman with an awful taste of clothes, that was accused of being a shemale and that most importantly makes shitty music that some people like.
The Question should be, do i wish Lady Gaga lost her tongue so she couldn't produce that shitty music anymore? probably Yea, but then again they would find out other ways to make music of her, like mixing her moans with auto-tunes thats like T-pain talent, that shit sells too!
Basicly what it comes down to these days is to sell a product, and the product needs to be sexy, trendy and yeah that's about it.

i never heard rumors of her being shemale. but i aint much of a fan. just goes to show their is alot of haters. but she is the one laughing all the way to the bank reguardless. her piano work is great too if you like that stuff
