I would say yes. She has money,fame, and noteriety. She must be doing something right. I personally don't care for her myself but I don't like Elvis either. I guess it depends on your standard of talent too. You cant compare her too true talent though. Examples are Hendrix, Clapton, BB King , Nat King Cole, Michael Jackson, etc.
