Someone a few doors away got busted with 6 plants, next thing i hear, its a cannabis factory! here big or small, still seems big to the ignorant.

I get paranoid, sometimes i go out and a big cloud of ganja smoke follows me, im sure my clothes smell of it.

Id work for money to buy it, but there are no good jobs, and i dont want to clean toilets.

I love to smoke my own weed, i know where its been, what its been fed, i get to choose the strain, even if i had loads of money, i would still grow weed.

Yep . I recently quit. Less than an ounce at my house and the rest of my stash is buried out in the woods. This cured my paranoia. If I lived alone, I would grow without paranoia.

Sometimes life happens and there are legitimate and intelligent reasons to shut down. Paranoia is not one of those reasons. Find a way to calm your unfounded fears so you can focus your attention on what you want to manifest into your life.

I had to give up growing, it was a combination of good old fashioned paranoia plus a dose of common sense. I'm trying to turn my current property into a restaurant and so I have friends and contractors stopping by and needing to look here/there and take measurements from everywhere. I've had 2 of them come by, not find me home and do 'break-ins'.......



until things settle down here I'm done growing, because of the deep snow I can't even move my LowRyder cabinet to a safe area to grow.

Stress is part of the game unfortunately, at one point it got pretty bad for me. I woke up one night in the early a.m. to flashing red and blue lights coming through my window...I creep up to go take a look through the blinds only to see 6 squad cars. At this point I'm shitting myself, I wanted to try and chop everything and push the plants down the disposal but I thought that if I was running around when they came in I might get shot, so I laid on the ground with my hands out...maybe 5 minutes go by and I'm like ok when is this going to happen, I get up to go look through the peephole and they were responding to a call at my neighbors(duplex)...

I was way too numb when I used to take these crazy risks...so knocked on opiates to even think to hard about the risks..if you are dwelling on the bad, bad things happen..so i couldn't do it any other way but if I was to do it again. I'd be level headed and stay far from drugs ect

After 5 years I don't really worry, but you still get those thoughts of "what if" .... If you have security measures in place and are doing nothing foolish you should not worry though; Just keep your mind occupied with reading ICMAG! or other activities....Think about the past, has anyone come to your house before? the past usually tells a story....and if there is no problems in the past and you are doing what you can to keep things on the downlow as someone mentioned check your carbon, check check check....make sure your not doing any dealing or smoking by your place and your good to go....as Tom said we only live once...Give 'em hell.

I probably should worry, I live in a screwed up southern state that one plant can get you ten years!
But I look at it this way keep it on the down low, keep it to ourselves, low odor, & if the worst happens I won't be in fing pain anymore!

I get so paranoid about being caught that I have given up smoking pot altogether now (after 25 years)and just grow for the love and money, Police is my last fear, my family is my worst fear, if they found out Id be disowned as I grow in a property owned by my mother.
My biggest stress is fucking up a grow because i live from grow to grow, and recently Ive had so much bad luck with shit.
right now my plants have overgrown coz I fucked up my lights (on different timers) and they got two weeks extra veg time coz I didnt check on it, now Ive had to remove plants but many of the tops are fucked up from heat stress, and the crop before that fucked up for other reasons, so running real low on cash right now, and stressing about how little a yield I will get this time. Now I realise the woes of the terrestrial farmer.
My brother (the only other smoker in my family) got busted last week with one plant in his backyard, awaiting his court date, he should only receive a fine though. If I get busted in Jail.

where i live, there is only 3 people that know i grow,
myself, my g-friend and my dog, all my mates think 'i buy my weed' and thats how i wanna keep it.

iv had friend get busted, cuz they wanted to be 'the big man'
pulling out 7/8oz at partys n saying its all home grown

Sooner or later, they always get busted via being stupid and runnin there mouths

i do get the odd - omfg whos that knockin on the door at this time of the night
but the high i get greatly overcomes the stress,
