So in the early 2000s all the way up until 2009 or so i has access to pounds of what was called “fruity pebbles”...

the buds had tinges of purple with a very fresh, fruity, sweet candy smell to them and when smoked it tasted exactly like fruity pebbles cereal... these buds just jumped back into my memory and I always wondered what it actually was or is..

if anyone was around in Southern California from 2000-2010 and came across this and has more info on it I sure would like to hear from you!

I'm not from Cali, but from the midwest. I do recall seeing this strain around 07-08. Colorful bud that tasted exactly as you described. It smelled amazing and left the pipe you smoked it out of with a fruity resin aroma. It was only around briefly and was around when everyone in my area was into fruity/sweet weed like Blueberry and Bubblegum. Now it seems like people around here only like weed that smells like a skunk. I miss the fruity days...

I wish I had more info to give you but this was before I was into growing or knew much about it. Everyone was just calling it fruity pebbles or fruit loops. I would find it hard to believe that a strain so aromatic and delicious would go extinct. I'm interested in hearing what it might be cause I would love to relive that experience.

Around the same time there was no name bud going around that had a cilantro, hashy, lemon taste and smell. That's one I'd also really like to come across.

Id put bogs sour strawberry next to zkittlez all day long... that zkittlez strain is shit... its all about the flavour if anything id say its pretty close to hemp... its more like a party weed or a gimmicky kinda plant that even your grandma would smoke just for that lip smacking flava but thats where it ends as the effects are more of a placebo i reckon..

Bogs sour strawbs has 4 known phenos and bog is an amazing breeder of proper old skool proportions..
For a strawberry kush she will easily hold her own

Im currently growing bruce banner#3 darkheart cut which is supposedly ranked in the worlds strongest strains but bogs sour strawberry is easily on par..
