.............have any experience with floating row covers?

This plant isnt flowering yet, and my expected frost is September, 22.

Its M-39xHog..

I heard M-39 is somewhat frost resiliant?,, :chin:

The row covers , all come in white...Can I spray paint em black or cammo colors?

THX.

You dont have to have anything special to cover them with. A simple sheet works good as does plastic. Where are you that you expect frost that soon? I thought you were in NY.
Im in the southwest..High desert..The early frost is due to the fact im at 7500 feet..

What can I use thats cammo ?

I think you will be surprised at how well they stand up to the frost. Long as we dont get to mush moisture you will prolly do pretty good. Prolly be a nice colorful harvest :)
