Not dealing with scammers is hard when you have a family and bills to pay? I'm not understanding your logic. If someone sold me a bunk batch of weed I would return it UnSmoked and demand my money or a different product. Your dealer went back (as did the thread starter) to Buy MORE bunk weed. Not real smart IMHO.

Dude You don't know me ... Doubt what you will ... I speak the truth ... I would Handle that business and I most certainly would NOT pass on glassed, sanded, sugared or "cut" weed. I don't know about what goes on Over There but Over Here people Die for ripping other people off. It sounds like your man is quite the punk as he got taken a few times (for thousands of quid) and probably still goes back to the same people who have been ripping him off. If I didn't get uncut weed or my money back some shit is going down ... do you doubt that too?

If someone tryed to sell me weed with crap in it without telling me and I didn't notice off hand I would end up stabbing him in the leg 7 times and then he wont be so quick to walk off with my money.
Also don't be mad at your dealer if you ended up with weed with shit in it because you are now just as stupid as that dealer

Small change can be forgotten about but like you said 4000 quid isn't small change. adorno shouldn't deal with people who sell cut weed and neither should your friend. Well i think in my opinion that's a fine excuse to pass on the rip off. A bad excuse would be greed which is why it's cut in the first place. This guy can only get odd jobs and people don't like to hire him cuz he's not legally here.
Is it better he robs people or sells bad weed to people who buy a 20 sack and don't buy it again.
In conclusion fuck the people who cut that shit but not the people who end up having to distribute it (in my opinion).

I don't think this problem will happen in the U.S because weed is more illegal there than in the UK and Europe.
For example over here in the weed game people recieve warning whereas in the coke game they dissapear.
What i'm saying is that if someone sold kilos of sandy bud in the U.S they would probably dissapear
