I have grown Urkle and some crosses of Urks.... its a notoriously slow vegger as well... same with Bubba... I have had some good sucess by raising the lamps away from canopy and also raising tems to encourage faster vegg growth... I cant vouch for the cooks family yet tho. it can stress some plants out so watch for that... I like silica for encouraging thicker stems during this time...

I was looking forward to these hope more direct light with help them out and I am gonna add some silica blast to the swc rez they are sitting in to see if that helps at all.

Very excited to FINALLY taste some Cookies. Always wondered how good she tasted and from what Ive read the 2.0 is the closest representation of what GSC tastes like but with a much better yield?

Theres 2 Darlins Nets in the cloner now. Once the DNets are rooted and the 2.0 clone is big enough to take some cuts we'll go get some coffee and talk over breakfast.

I don't have OGKB yet. I got 5 bag seeds from it and four good plants 3 girls one CookieBoi.

GlueBreath is GG#4 x OGKB S1 #3 aka "The Three". GorillaBreath seeds are GG#4 x CookieBoi and they are regular.

OGKB 2.0 out yields the other GSC clone onlys and it's very loud but it has a slightly different terpene profile than Forun, Thin Mint and OGKB legacy cut.

So back to the GorillaBreath. this is my GG#4 backcross using CookieBoi to make regular seeds.
I'm testing out the 2nd bx now, i'm using all the males I find back on the GG#4 for the 3rd bx.
last year when I tested the GorillaBreath and made the 2nd backcross those 4 males spewed on a whole mixed tent and I got a bunch of crosses.

So the female GorillaBreath all got hit by their brothers spunk creating an F2 I guess?
the nicest female got partially harvested, quick dried and brought to last years MI HT cup and some beans made it out to folks that way.
others I've spread quite a ways too, AK and OZ

I popped some of these GorillaBreath #1 f2 and I've never seen seeds explode this strong before! I just popped a bunch of beans and these are nuts.

It does not look like the mis-label you gave me, well maybe the first run, I got club buds. I get rounded buds from it, every time since the first time I flowered it. It smells and tastes sour.

I have went with your first diagnoses that it's Sour Kush. It grows really fast in veg. Stretches 2x-3x in flower. Sensitive to nutes in flower.

I think the reason your buds always look so different than mine, is because you flower with vert with MH, and I flower flat grows with HPS, and I'm on 10 on /14 off day.

I think this may be called a sibling cross or IX.
