Quite the lineup you got going these days. How’s the Biker? I used to grow a real nice one years ago.
Still have a pack from Karma of the Biker 1.0 I need to pop.
pop those biker 1.0's man...... those are getting pretty old now.
I scooped a bunch of packs just before seedbay took the crash. Made f2's and selected for F3 .
Then I had a little pollen party back and forth between selections of chunky's Fire OGKB x Biker , biker x fire ogkb , biker x SFV Breath and last summer I did OGKB 2.0 x Biker but haven't popped those yet. The Biker x Fire OGKB though.... man those were good.

nice looking flowers!!!

took me 20 days from the first clones going in but I finished enlarging bed #1 and got 44 clones in there total.

scored a "new" 59 year old power unit last week to help my tired old ass slang soil.
dirt devil.JPG

rice hulls and perlite, 4 cu foot bags of perlite jumped from $12 to $20 this month so I prolly wont be slinging as many into my patch in the future... I used 22 7 cu foot bales of rice hulls and 25-30 bags of perlite in about 1900 sq feet of beds this year...

tilling the extension.JPG

after tilling extension.JPG

every year I extend this bed wider in the middle and add ten feet or so longer at the ends.
I dug older soil from the middle of the aisle and brought it down to build up the extension.

part of the extension is shader a cople hours before the rest of the patch so I planted it with mostly cookies as a test...

1st of July I finished the bed and I'm watering 2-3 times a day over the holiday weekend to get the rest of the cover crop established.

Herman Hopper nibbles on the bottom 9 inches and as much clover as he can eat. he let's me get about 4-5 feet away before he hops off... usually a couple in the patch munching and fertilizing this season.

Yes the chunk man makes a lot of work look easy...:)
love the show.
Thanks Dawg, it's not as hard as it looks, a couple hours a day with lots of time in the hammock.

I spend way more time thinking about working next to the patch than time spent digging but it does tear my senior ass up. hoping to try no till next year in the big patch for a season and see if it works any better.

I set it up as 2 long beds so I can avoid walking over it and creating compaction that needs to be tilled. my mineral balancing is close to where I want it so hoping to avoid the grind next year in bed #1.

I have a pretty good start on #3 already, I have 7 plants in and will either till in a few more bags of perlite and rice hulls tonite or just say screw it and slam the rest into mounds in there tomorrow.

haven't been around much this past while but last summer i did some Dubble Baked in the greenhouse. Just cracked the last jar that has been sealed since sometime late sept 2021. The smell was over powering and made me sneeze LOL reeking of sweet sour gas... crazy strong. Probably the strongest sour fuel odor I have ever experienced from cannabis. Transfers to taste really well too and the sour fuel is accompanied by a subtle sweetness that makes the doob even more appreciated.
I knocked this girl up with one of her sour brothers and have a few hundred seeds from a couple of the lowest branches. Glad I did that as I didn't keep clones. I have grown out several of the Chunky's Bagseed line up now and this is the first pack of seeds where the cookieboi/ogkb didn't totally dominate.
Dunno what you did with the rest of those seeds @Chunkypigs but wow brother..... that's some powerful sour weed right there.

I also wanted to ask more about the SFV Breath and the cut used. Got some F2's going right now in the greenhouse.
Actually there is Scoutbreath , f2's of sfv breath and f2's of pimp juice out there as well as my ogkb 2.0 mum..... I'll get the lads to take some pics for me as they progress as I'm kinda down for the count at the moment.

glad you liked them! I found out this past year that the sour dubb I had wasn't the real one but whatever it was it was great! I loved it. the sour is often drowned out by the cookieboi flavor.

really glad you are making crosses with those as Cookieboi is gone this year.

I'm over making beans to release, life is short and I prefer to smoke clones and I don't feel like devoting my time and space in my garden to testing beans that I don't smoke the plants hen they are done...

SFV Breath was SFV x Cookieboi. I got my SFV from Chaco but it's the same as everyone else runs. the crosses I made with SFV have been some of the strongest, I smoke it everyday if I got it, got 4 going this year.

hope you feel better soon bro, smoke more cookies!!!
