seems noone is able to comment a post but it seems to be the right thread to post a pic about HGK.
Viewing the poor number of positive achievment I had with one plant left out of six feminised seeds (herm issue) and the unexisting threads about this peculiar strain I would say the breeder did not work extremly well with HGK.
Now the remaining plant is smelling very good and will probably be some good weed. Definitly not worth 80€ for six fem seeds though.



To finish on a fair note, this plant smells real good and is very frosty, the pic doesn't do her justice.

After a good cure and a few smoking tests i come back to what I ve said and i was wrong. Even though i ve had just one seed out of the 80€ six seeds pack i ve tried from this variety,,,,, it's totally worth it!
The weed is strong, the taste is great, musky hashy. the high is well balanced and if you smoke too much of it you re on for a nice rollercoaster high and stone trip. triple A grade weed.
I bought few more packs and will hopefully find a nice keeper.

That plant looks stunning indeed, but personally I think 80 euros for a pack of femmed seeds with 80% herming plants is not justified...
If I was a breeder I would discard such a line......

Hey Maxi, sorry for the late reply, I'm happy for you that thing turned great for you. never had herm issue with this strain, maybe a bad batch. I find this strain as a true bliss and I will keep growing it by the way it makes the most potent and tasty bubble

@Power puff; Hi,I know it sounds way above the right price when u get one good seed out of a 6 seed pack but the good thing is that it allowed me to discover this nice strain. Anyhow as true need mentioned it earlier it might have been a bad batch. Hopefully this round will be much better.

6 more hgk seeds in the water a week ago, 6 seeds popped and 6 plantlets rose above ground level. 100% for the moment. Let 's wait and see how it goes from now on. Hope I won't get herm issue like last time. Will try to super crop my plants to enhance yield as much as possible.
I ll post pics when it ll be worth it.

As anyone experienced to smoke/grow kosher kush and holy grail ?
If yes can you enlight me tastewise,high-wise and yieldwise. thx

I jarred 10lbs of HG 1 1/2 yrs ago I liked it so much,(I thought the mmar was getting shut down).It is without a doubt one of my fav all time,the only down side is it really,really reeks you can not hide the smell.The high is overpowering and sometimes gives me anxiety (mostly the ice hash)but the taste and high are second to none imho.The seeds I purchased were from 2012.

I too found out that HGK had an impressive smell, I vacuum baged what i had and no smell issue this way.
It is also a very nice way to somehow finish to cure your buds. In case your are interested Tangwena has advices concerning the vacuum baged/sealed buds. It is like the cob technique used in africa.

Haha this will be interesting... im pretty stoked about this one. Usually I stay away from the stinkers but if its good enough, maybe ill grow more of this stuff for sale...

So my seedling has super round leaves. Im guessing that means its the kosher leaner. Maybe ill add a pic of it and you guys can tell me. But from what ive seen in kosher threads and og 18 threads, this one is likely the kosher leaner

Do you have any pics of the holy grail end of flower? i have a pack from 2011 that the mail man took a seed out so i have a 5 pack instead of a 6 pack they came in a ridiculous little perfume vial and folded paper unlike the thseeds or green house superior tamper proof packages.I feel like poppin them holy grails now.Please post any pics you have.That smell you cant hide sounds good. peace bro

The mailman took a seed? What a piece of shit... thats so sad when posties steal. Animals...

Id get on tah tpack soon, unless you have been careful with storage they might have a hard time going. I repack mine in dimebags or vials mostly glass vials as they seal the best and are pretty crushproof

I gotta say, I have grown 5 DNA strains and this is my favorite so far. Though every single one I tried has been Top notch.
DNA has a lot of new crosses id love to try. But I think if I could only order one pack, I would get another pack of Holy Grail. Id love to find that lemon froot loops pheno I lost. It tasted exactly like lemony froot loop kush. (Losing that pheno is the reason I take 2 clones of everything now.)
Although that 91 crypt looks killer also.

If you ear about someone getting arrested for smelling the Fruit Loops but not buying them ... that could be me


When people say it smells like "Fruit Loops", does that just mean 'fruity', or is there another description being described there ?

I gave the mother to a friend, when I thought the MMAR was getting shut down,he then lost it so I was told...That's ok I feel the overflo from Archive will replace it adequately.
