Anyone experienced with LA Confidential? I got a freebie from seedsman. Kinda thinking I lucked out. She had super strong OG / Lime Candy / blonde hash smell outdoors that was divine, she was a mold magnet so I re-vegged and will run a clone indoors. She takes forever to root. She started out pretty indica in seed but as she was topped/vegged out the leaves got thin and long.

Wondering if this is typical of LA Con.

Everthing I have tried always has strong structure and good yeilds, and it seems they leave there touch on everything.

kandykush yummy lemon candy crossed with skunk was great taste although little more mettalic(think saffron) and less lemon sweet.

sour cream is a sleeper for sure. g13hazexsour d big chunky nugs that are triple baggy kind of stank however waaay to paranoid buzz for me may have been the time of my life but ya 1 hit heart pumping uber potent stuff. oldtimer hash smoker said was most potent he ever tried imagine more the effects then potency but who knows.

It is too bad they have teamed up with the brutle LP canopy growth who butcher there genetics and are overall kind of bad guys. ie purchased bedrocan jacked prices from5 to 9 dollars a gram. purchased a company who sprayed toxic chemicals and refused to let medical patients know how much chemicals they actually consumed. I get its a free capitalism but they are bad news.

Tangie reg didnt seem to be what it was suppost to be ie mroe banana then orange..but for the most part better then average varieties and even growing small numbers seem to find the loud. ie very consistant or just very lucky lol.

The two phenos I saw were a stretchy one, good yielder, pretty potent, nice frost coverage. The second squat pheno was the one hitter quitter, frost factory.

I only got my hands on the stretchy cut, and it made good offspring

LA Woman : La Con x Martian Mean Green that was excellent

Grew out 2 DNA strains, here's my opinion:
1) DJ's Gold: high yield, not quite blueberry aroma (which was a bit disappointing) but still very sweet and strong smelling(generic though), very crystally, high potency, bland quality of high.
2) Holy Grail Kush-probably the best modern variety I've tried, and I don't really like indica dominant effects! extremely poor yield, but A+ quality flavor and high. Very strong, but not racy. Outstanding bag appeal too.

Has anyone tried their 24K Gold aka Kosher tangie? Curious to see opinions on this strain.

a friend has been growing kosher tangie from the first seed release before its name got changed to 24k. it stinks and is the strongest strain out of all the strains he grows but it nearly always has a few seeds in it. could just be the pheno he kept

Holy Grail Kush yield was outstanding........you either didn't let it veg long enough or it wasn't grown properly. 3 oz per plant is easily reached......extremely stinky week so be prepared.

It was just a runty individual, probably not representative of the strain as a whole.

I've grown their gear a few times over the last 7 years. I've always had great success with their stuff.

It's been a while since I've used them though.

Just got some :

- Kosher Dawg
- Exodus Kush
- Double Stuffed Sorbet

Let's see how it goes. Will start with the Exodus Kush, as I need a cheese variety in my garden.

So obviously the beans were not from that original release but a more recent one. I’ve been seeing a lot of people saying it’s garbage these days but this brings me some hope and I might just have to grab a couple packs. I would snag the holy grail kush. Really good OG seedline and most plants are huge yielders for an OG. You get those quintessential fat OG golf ball nugs on a good amount of phenos. I really think this line is slept on. There’s some fire to be found in the 24k too.

I really dont know if they were the new or old packs. Friend of mine gave them to me a lil over a year or so before I popped them. I've ran several clone only og's and og#18 is up there as far as quality/taste. One pheno has a deep earthy pine straight gas can funk to it, and the other has more of a chem smell, but strong og taste on the exhale. I ran dna's 24k for a couple years also. Great yield, high, and taste. I ditched it cuz I built a tolerance to it:/ The only reason I wanna try holy grail is due to how good the og18 is lol...

Ah... I just remembered I've got 4 x OG#18 fems in my stash as well. Maybe I will pop them soon as well.

i got the sour kush running right now and im pretty psyched with it so far. i think the current pheno im running is an og leaner and looks promising as fuck. shes yellowing up a bit tho so she likes the calcium. smells very dank. seeds were purchased mid 2018. ill probably post pics cause i don't think there are any up to date ones of this strain. ive heard and seen great things about it. cant wait to find out for myself.


id also love to try the og18 just for the hell of it. seems like she stirs the pot and i wanna meet her. haha

I’ve always found the best sour kushes to be a 50/50 blend effect wise. I had a keeper sour kush that was phenomenal way back when. Grew lanky like an OG with OG structure but the flowers where a little less dense as a OG. The Pheno I had went full on autumn colors like sour does. Had a very astringent, skunky nose to her. Miss that one.

nice man that's dope info!! im gonna pop more of these probably sooner than later just to see what other phenos i can get. i only did one seed. theres the rp sour kush thread on here too and acridlabs has some pretty awesome pics. honestly all the pics in that thread are beautiful but i really wanna find something close to what acrid had.

Reserva Privada Sour kush 2018 seedstock (only one I popped so far):

loud og kush smell with dank sour undertones. a true Sour OG. so far I am pleased with growth. this one yellowed up a bit because I didn't keep up with the calmag. but ive learned a lot. will keep her in the rotation and grow her out again just to give her an honest chance. pretty happy so far. ill put up nug shots too once the time comes.
