I like to get a loooong cure on my buds, but sometimes that's just not possible. With that in mind here is the smoke report for the three Phenos that I had.
Pheno 1- Tallest of them all, good producer..buds were solid, very frosty and turned purple during the winter cold temps. The buds were fat and shorter, not skinny and long like a Sat Dom. The bag appeal is outrageous, the smoke is smooth, I never find it harsh or expansive. It has a hashy, Earthy taste. You have to have it in a glass jar or you can smell it wrapped up in baggies in someones pocket. The Buzz is that warm glow between the eyes, everything is alright kinda groovy mellow, yet very toasted. Never racey or paranoid, in fact....when I've had depression...this herb helps break me out of it. If I smoke too much , it gets me tired....so a little is just right. I don't get extreme munchies from it. It takes about 65 days. It smells to me like the old time weed, hard for me to describe, a litle hashy, a little skunky.....very nice indeed. The stretch was not bad...
Pheno 2, The buds were more pointy, sativa like...grew medium but smaller than number one. Good producer, when topped the plant wanted to grow every stem straight up, did not want to bush, which I like for my room, This would be the one with the bueberry, fruit smell ( I'm not good at describing smells). It's done in 45-50 days, packs on the tricomes, very frosy and sticky. Beautiful to look at (as all were). I get the same buzz as I do with number one. None of these phenos gave me any trouble in a soil application, using General Hydroponics nutes...no sensitivity problems I've read about. I ran the three in a hydro setup and had much more problems. This is the pheno I'll use for production. My favorite though is number one.
Pheno 3- Very short, not a good producer, not as good resin production and slower to vedge. The smoke is still excellent, but the other pheno's for me were the keepers. Remember, this was only one pack of seeds, I consider myself an experienced grower, but I still have lots to learn about this wonderful variety of Marijuana. You can tell alot of time and energy and love went into creating blueberry, I would highly recommend it to anyone.
