How's things coming along bro? Your plants seem to be doing very well.

How do you like the CMH's you've been using? I just talked myself into buying one a couple days ago and should be here sometime soon! After seeing the chart of what CMH's can do, I just had to get one!

Also, have you been flushing your coco periodically? I do use different stuff, Canna Coco, but I finally felt the need to flush the plants becuase of what looked to be K def, which is usually caused by salt build up, hopefully will see if they are doing better in a couple hours, keep us posted!

Thanks! Its coming along.. I had a spider mite scare.. so threw a plant out side. dont see anymore. been checking every freakin leaf still. i know how crazy outta hand they can get.

CMH bulbs are legit. I love them. 1 table has hps other has cmh. the cmh table is 2-3 weeks behind.. but the growth is MUCH denser.. fatter stems, and fatter buds (for there age). But it might be due to the SUPERCROPPINg i did on them, instead of LST like the others.

I have NOT been flushing. I probably shooould... but i havent.

hmm i will flush tonight and snap some pics in the bath room away from all the HPS light.

Cool man, Can't wait to see the pics. I think I will snap some shots today as well.

I think I will give them there kool bloom slam a couple days early this time. "The Recipe" we're following is based on a 65 day strain, and I've read the Tsi Flys take 50-60 so I might tone down the recipe a little to suit my strain. I guess it all depends, but I don't think the 2 days early will effect em.....at least I hope not!

Will also start the gradual decrease in micro over the coming weeks, My plants should really start to change a lot here in the next 4 weeks, I'm fucking excited!

I have what smells like an Apricot pheno of Tsi Fly, as well as a pineappley/lemon scented one. The other 2 not so much, and the Chunk D is straight dank smelling, hashy/skunky, and starting to show trichomes. I wonder if it will purple soon, the leaves are dark as fuck.

Interesting, lots of foxtails. Is it really hot in there or did they get a lot of N in flower?

thats the thing.. its been perfect temps. 74-78. it JUST got hot the last 2 days.

as for extra N, no i dont think so. following the recipe pretty well.


or maybe this strain finishes earlier than 65 days? maybe thats why?

A buddy grower once showed me a few of his flowers which were foxtailing right next to another of the same strain with classic shape. He attributed this to light leakage as it was right by the entrance. Otherwise it had proper environment and food. Brought to you by random thought of the day.

Many plants do this as part of their natural growing habit not just cannabis. Light leaks would be followed up with curling leaves and any of the countless other symptoms.

Fox tails are cosmetic issues in which you like them or you don't.

OPT = i am not to sure... my grow journal is in the room and its lights out.. but i started to flush em.. its been a learing experience and i let them dry out to often. the 2nd gen of blueberrys are doing soooo much better...

This plant stretched soo much, it burnt the top of the cola :/
now its like a tri cola.. its hard to describe, and i didnt really get a good pic..

These are the clones I took a good while ago.. getting hella big! gonna transplant, veg 5-7 days then flower under the 1000watt..

my arms are so freakin sticky from trimming.. i showered right before too but i think imma have to hop in again to rinse off.. other wise the sheets are gonna stick to me!!

imo, these ones on the 33FD, they look like you overfed them a bit or that you have some salt build up probs..are the temps in the room
too high? have you got any big temperature differences between light on/off ??

yo.. well i believe it is the temps. I had the light way to low..

and its been getting in to the high 90's...


im getting rid of the 400ws.. and setting up the 1k with a CAPS 8in centrifugal fan within a few days. hopefully that will help with the temps..


is there a so called give away sign for salt build up tho? Ive dropped run off from 15% to about 5%.... maybe its both temps and salt build up?

the leaves, they indicate that kind of probs if they build only 3 or less fingers..By temp probs the leaves are rolling up.
imo the best way to prevent salt build ups, is to flush your cocos at least with 10% run off by every watering process

ooh.. well they've always had the 3 leafs i asked earlier in the thread and found out it was usual for DJ Shots Blueberry to be like that..

I wish more people were running this strain. All the threads I found were a few years old... :/ but anyways thanks for the advice!
