Diy Help, Co2 Flip Flop Relay

High All,

I'm looking for my next DIY project to better support my new sealed grow room. Have a cheap Element co2c-1 controller, auto on a 1400 off at 1500ppms, turns on a submersible pump which in turn fires up my L8 tank less water heater and small fan to disburse the co2 over the plants. My Problem!

Need a 110v flip flop relay or other related device to shut down opposing circular fans when my Element controller auto turns on and co2 is being disbursed. Don't want to revert back to timers if I can help it.

Any Ideas?

A device that would measure the volume being emitted, thru a chamber ...perhaps?
