DIY grow cabinet help

hey
i live in a country where marijuana is illegal, so i can't ship fem seeds nor a tent (draws so much attention), so i decided to build a stealthy cabinet and here's my planned grow op;

SETUP:
-i am planning on building a wooden cabinet, 150 cm width, 50 cm depth, 200cm height, split the room at 100cm width, resulting in one 100cm wide 50cm deep room, and one 50cm wide 50cm deep.
-get two QB96 Elite v2 for the 50cmx100cm room, and one qb132 for the 50cx50cm room.
-add ventilation and paint everyting white.

PLAN:
-since i cannot grow from fem seeds everytime, i plan on popping seeds in my 50cmx50cm room, select best females and use 1 or 2 as mothers and grow from clones.
-in the 50cmx100cm room i plan on growing 2 clones each cycle, veg for 2months with training and topping, then flower.
-so the big part of the room will be for an entire grow from veg to harvest and the smaller part will be for keeping mothers and clones (or maybe split in half height and veg two plants under CFL's if i can get my hands on a consistent supply of females seeds somehow).

QUESTION:
1- my plan is to harvest 500g each cycle (approx 4 months), considering everything (lights, environment, nutes, ph...) is in check, is a 50cm deep 100cm wide room able to produce 500 grams each cycle? or do i need to upsize the area?
2-i seek opinions from experiences growers, what do you think of my plan? is it the most efficient way to grow considering the limitations i face? or other grow styles (for example keep mother plants, take many clones, and then do a SOG 12/12 from seed in the other room) or (a perpetual grow where i put the 50cmx50cm room on veg and 50cmx100cm room on flower all the time, veg random bag seeds for a month then move them to the flower room, throw the males keep the females, veg some more in the veg room while the females are flowering.. and so on)

but the main question is; can a 50cmx100cm room hold 500g per harvest?
i live in lebanon so most probably ill be growing a lebanese strain, which is a productive strain.
i need to make the decision upfront since my financial ability is limited and there is no room for mistakes. i'll grow no matter what, and F*CK the government. peace

Unless you're a master grower with proven clones, you will not get near 500g in a 100x50 area. I would expect max 250-300 g from that, not much more.
If your goal is 500g per cycle, get a 1x1 m flower room and some good leds or a 630w cmh.

Mastery is definitely something achievable with enougu time, thats not my concern.

So a 50cmx100cm room is physically unable to hold 500g?

Comfortably numb!

Pretty much :)

From the breeders info you can expect X per ft2. Usually expressed in oz/ft2 (from 1-3oz (mostly Indicas)) to 3-6oz/ft2 for sativas and Hybrids. Don't take this for gospel, as some Sats are low yielders.

You have 4.5 ft2 * 1oz = 4.5oz or 126g even @ 2oz/ft2 you are still only looking at 9oz or 252g. MY bet is you will land somewhere between the two. :)

I too am a stealth cabinet grower. I have 120cm x60 cm and I can't tell you how many times that I would rather have a 120x120.
The most weight (not the best quality) that the cabinet has produced was 300 grams growing in coco coir drain to waste with a 600 hps
If I was to build another it would be 120x120.
I am not an LED expert but I'm not sure you plan for enough light coverage for flowering 2 large plants. I would place 3 for better coverage.
Good luck, there is much to learn here on IC.

All of this. You need a square meter to achieve what you want to achieve per cycle. You could possibly go down to 90cm x 90cm, but that would require a lot of training and pheno selection, along with serious skills. Your other option is to setup for perpetual harvests and just pull smaller amounts more often.

One feature I love about my cabinet is that it is mounted on a stand 14 inches off the floor. I have two flood trays in the bottom of the cabinet draining onto a bucket on the floor.

Just got back from the carpenter, the box that fits my budget is 60cm depth, 150cm width (maybe i can stretch that to 180), and 200cm height. That way i will have a 2x4 flower area and a 2x2 veg/mother/clones area.

I mentioned perletual harvest in my original post, maybe split the veg room in half, keep mothers and clones on on half, and veg on the other, then transfer to the 60cmx100cm flower room. Do you think ill be able to produce 500grams each 4-5 months that way?

Perpetually you can do flowering cycles of 65-75 days + drying, let's say in a 100x60 with 300w leds you pull 300g flat.
Four cycles per year, 1,2kg total per year. Good enough?

I decided to get a 60cm deep 180cm wide and 200cm high cabinet. Its over my budget but this is the perfect size for stealth and limitations in my apartment. That way ill have a 2x4 room powered by a 250w quantum board for flowering 2 plants , and a 2x2 room split at 50cm height to make some room for clones and/or moms, powered by 125w quantum board for vegging 2 plants, and some t5 strips for the clones and mothers. Sounds good?

I guess it can work, just find a suitable variety with fairly quick finish and big yields. Give them big pots, 25-30l.
Lst the clones to get lots of branches before the final transplant.

what if you keep 1 mother, grow clone big then scrog, you have 3 plants circle,if you want speed flower use different light cycle, but every h off is lower harvest,
hydro lift harvest little up if it run nice.i chanche orcanics, plain ph tsek water and extra guono when it need.

dont no you strain but if 9 weeks, first grow 3 fem seed, these best for mother, second flower and last giv grow fit mother,
after first flower you have big plants ready, then you have clone 2-3 weeks time root and grow 6-7 weeks, then but it flower room veg som time before but that flower.good time
dry and cure befor next crop

Thats exactly what im planning on doing. Keep some mothers, veg 2 plants in 5gallon pots in the 60cmx60cm room, then move directly in the 5 gallon pots to the flower room.

So i decided to get a 60cmx180x200 closet. Any tips or remarks regarding construction? Im planning to make a frame covered with plywood or osb painted flat white.
Any remarks i should tell the carpenter in order to make the best grow environment? (tips to make it light tight, air tight, make it last longer etc...)
