Disease, pest, or fungus? (with pics)

What is this? What caused this? How can I cure this? On two main tops. One is worse than the other. The picture is from the main damaged site. Bud seems to look fuzzy and what seems to look like spider webbing. Not sure on whether it is spider webbing or fungis. Damaged bud is dying. PLEASE HELP!!!

You have mold. This was caused by a lack of ventilation, high humidity, and likely temps over 80 during day, and too low at night.

DO NOT SMOKE THESE BUDS. DO NOT GIVE THEM TO ANYONE ELSE.

this plant is grown outside in coco fiber in a 5 gallon bucket. do you really think it could be (MOLD).
can i cut off the bad spot and keep flowering ?

It's definitely some kind of fungus. I would at least cut that whole bud off.

I am thinking that it is gray mold aka bud mold. That's crazy cause it is growing outdoors. Guess it can happen. Thanks
