discolored 'burn' ?

How old? 13 days
What type of medium? soil
What type of lights? cfls
How far from the lights? 9 inches
What, how much and when was it fed? no ferts, just water.
What is the medium/runoff pH? about not sure exactly. i think its ok though
What are the temps and humidity in the room? not sure
What size pots? 1 quart

Looks like overwatering to me. How often do you water them ?

thats overwatering?

I usually water them once a day or when the soild is all dried and caked together.

It showed signs of overwatering by curling before, but the discoloration is overwatering too?

Yes those are both signs of overwatering. Once a day is too much.
What are the size of your pots ?
