I notice with my not watering until the plant droops method some plants will stick up there leafs the night before it needs water. I will water this plant tomorrow moring or afternoon. The same night it gets water they will sleep like the others next to it are.

I think the roots know they are about out of water and are busy looking for water not letting the plant sleep.

Okay I am stoned for sure. But why else would a plant stick it leafs up in pitch black everytimes it needs water the next day?

Huge update time. I went camera crazy. The stretch is on full force now. I do not know how big this will get. I am hoping for another few feet or so. As you can see from my last update a few days ago. They have exploded.

Enjoy the show and grab the popcorn.

Hello fellow PNW grower!!! Plants look great, flowering right along just great. I cant believe you can do this in town, I had to move way way out to feel comfortable enough to grow trees like that. How are your neighbors? Do they get pissy around October when you stink up the whole block?

So far in 3 years none of my neighbors said a peep. They still talk to me like friends. I see no ill effect in that stand point. All my neighbors but one has lived next door for 30 plus years. Thats helps for sure.

I also bring in a yard of cow manure every fall. I put a big pile in my veggie garden. The half trailor load on the other side of the yard. I always get extra and give to my neighbors. I use the bought way to much thing.

It does mask the smell pretty good. But you have to stir the shit :) every few days. expect flies though.

Made my cage todat around the plants in the ground. No measurments jst went with the flow. I have a 6x115 trillis netting I will wrape the outsode of the cage with. Then some between each plant and down the top fully caging the plants for fall. I expect all the plants to grow into the nets pretty good. This will lock them in losing little braches in storms. I just hope I did not cage to soon and have the plants outgrow this cage. In 2009 that was the case. Not sure how much more stretch this will have. But there stretching pretty good right now.

Made the cage for the first potted plant. The tall wood is 8ft. Pretty simple really. I used 4 1x2 and some cheap slats.

A friend od a friend where I got my clones from is back in towm. When I got my clones they just had letters on the cups. So today I was able to find out what the AD on my cups were. I just thouht it was Afgan delight. But it is a strained called American Dream.

I will find out more about this girl today as I do some reading.

The dogshit strain is a local PAC NW strain. The only problem is my backyard is full of of dogshit. LOL If PAC NW strain she has not even showed pistals yet.

Pineapple DogShit,it is an Oregon cut,its Pineaple Punch x Chemdog F4.

Its clone only.

Sensi Seeds - American Dream

The American Dream: everyone wants it, here`s your chance. One of the newest cannabis varieties from us at the Sensi Seed Bank. Fast flowering, with high yields of heavy dense buds from a large centralized cola with minimal side branching making an excellent strain for cash cropping in the S.O.G. method. American Dream flowers in as little as 7 weeks with a frosted and glazed appearance from heavy amounts of thick resin that has a sweet and fruity aroma. It has a fruity acrid hash taste with a warm and relaxing physical body sensation and a slightly cerebral buzz.

Flowering: 45-50 days

Well now that I have some buds to show. I thought I would post some up. Been in full flower for about 1.5 weeks on most strains in the pots.

Enjoy

Another group shot. :) Pushing 8ft tall from the 3 white widows.[/B]
DSC05995.jpg

As you can see they are exploding in size. I would say little over 6ft tall and about 7ft wide right now. I am 6.2 standing behind the plant. There is about an 5" drop to the soil from the patio. From left to right. C-99,SourDiesel,C-99 and Dogshit.

Cool name? Must have seen it someplace? Lol! Great girls you have, what's the yeild off one of those divas? Here it's to cold to get that huge size, 3 oz a girl is what we get in va. Those must be near a pound? Huge. Excellent outdoor!

The Great Outdoors!

Wow, gotta love the Great NW. Let me pick my jaw up from off the floor. I was going to ask about the neighbors too, but it was already answered... I'm sure they don't mind the sweet smell each harvest season. It's nature's "airfreshener". I live up north and it's already starting to cool down. Are you going to use the car ports as a giant 60ft long cold frame? That's pretty extreme! I noticed in your pics you got rid of them to build the Netting/trellis. Are they coming back? Thanks for showing me some tricks. +++
