digital ballast tripps breaker but coil ballast won't?

I already ordered a 15a 250 v fuse which should be here by mon. or tue.
I'll try that one first before i return the ballast just to make sure for myself.

The thing that sucks is i can't get into the ballast enclosure without voiding the warranty... So if the correct fuse doesn't work i'll just send the digi ballast back in for another.

Well I recieved the fuses but it still trips the breaker.
The ballast comes with a 2 year warranty so i'm in luck.
