MAHA KALA kindly sent me some seeds, many, many thanks. I'm told the first to make it down under. Truly grateful. I have 2 mindblower and 1 grandfunk at about 2 months in I think. They are just starting to get interesting aromas. Don't ask me to describe but they smell like something I had in my early days of smoking.

I am battling spider mites and neglect (I'm caring for sick relatives so rarely home). However the spider mites are being eaten by predators and I am confident it will make it to harvest, with slight damage. I check them twice a week, so all not lost, by any means.

I will post some pics once they swell up a bit. Great thread. Looking forward to trying the posi side of haze, which reading so many haze threads, I have felt I was missing out on something.

I will have to disagree with the statement that psychedelics would not give you munchies..
For me, when I am on acid or mushrooms, I get animalistic hungry and it does not affect my high..

you really get munchies in 30 minutes after taking lsd or mushrooms???

I remember that once I ate pear right after taking paper, and it was the hell LOL I have never got munchies, the whole 12 -14 hours I don't eat anything.. so my fellows, in fact I didn't see anybody to eat anything during trip

and for cannabis, whenever I eat some sugars during being high, the high(not stone) gets down, intensity of high drops down and I have to smoke again..

and that's exactly what happens to me with seedsman. munchies in 30 minutes - so strong I cant help myself, eating something, the rush is gone... it settles to some average boring buzz after it. practically at all phenos I tried.

I would not talk about munchies at seedsman so much, but it just surprises me that I get munchies. I don't remember to get such munchies at skunkhaze for example, or at least not after 30 minutes, maybe after 2 hours or so, some munchies may be..

in my opinion, you were really missing. let see what is your opinion after smoking. people are different and I learn new things about people everyday LOL. good luck with them.

Did Tom do any selection work with the haze? I thought he open pollinated it only.

No , not 30 min after taking paper… but a couple hours into a trip I can get the urge to eat. Not the same as munchies…

looks great @Wuachuma !!! thanks for sharing. hope you are doing good. and I hope you will get pheno of DF13haze with F13 influence, because it is F13(flo x blueberry) which mellows diesel, so thaihaze can shine, and gives thaihaze some unique features... good luck.

this is thaihaze with diesel genetics, but without F13.. I miss F13 there...

yes, chocolate pheno of DF13hz can get very well with CK, CK can take flowering down too... chocolate. go ahead.

DF13Hz is not really like when diesel is crossed with sativa dom. it is only 25% of diesel. F13 plays some role in it, as I selected out all those diesel lavender doms, and kept chocolate fuel menthol-berry, definitely at F13 side... by the way I found similar similar pheno in F13 repro. it was not fuely, also it was strong effect though, and long lasting. but DF13 seemed to me more complex, so I used that.

the best pheno of DF13haze I got was not chocolate pheno, which is very good, I smoked it really quickly, but black currant/cherries/forest berries mixed with incense and very fuely on exhale...

When I crossed the Hawaiian to Flo, it resulted in mostly blueberry phenos, but also threw out some of that wild forest berries like you described with F13.

As you know, I have now tried Grandfunk. I have smoked it, vaped it, and eaten it. Yet to harvest the entire plant but tempted to now even though it is still producing more hairs. The effect that it produces right now is what I want. No cure yet either.

Tonight I ate 0.7 gram of decarbed Grandfunk and I am so happy with it. It doesn't have the Nevils downer effect that comes from the NL side, nor that spacy floaty weirdness you sometimes get with hazes. Grandfunk for me is happy, euphoric, energetic, but most importantly for me, focus. I have ADHD and this is really great. In addition it is calm focus, no jitters. It also has old school sativa intensity. Sometime edible comes on in waves, but this one is consistent. Can't believe how good I feel. Well done, this is great.

I will be harvesting the GF and MB over the coming week and will report on the MB once I have got to know her.

The grow was a disaster but the plants almost bullet proof. I had to care for a family member the entire grow so was barely home. Outbreak of spider mites as well. Then we had a cyclone that cut power for 4 days while I wasn't there. The plants paused then just started growing again.

So glad I have the rest of these packs to grow out. Made some f2s as well, just a few seeds. Many thanks again.

I hope you have learnt something about me, but afraid to ask.
