Sumdumguy- thanks man I appreciate it. Hope to see ya in the new one.
Dubba - oh man I feel ya. Lots o work. Summer is great thanks for asking and hope urs is just as wonderful. Have met a few great peeps recently. That helps time go by nicely.
Ok dudes check this.
I have some calcium deficiency rearing it's head. I was doing everything right. I thought maybe my ph of 6 was just a tad to high for vegging these particular strains. Well the spotting continued to spread. Still is so I sat scratching the head. All I could be was my meter I concluded. Just a visual inspection revealed the root of the problem.
Some how my ph probe was surrounded in a sludge that unless u eyeballed it was undetectable. I removed the sludge and rinsed and retested the water I was mixing. Before removing the sludge the water was at stable 5.65 not budging. After cleaning prob water ph instantly read 6.5. No good for coco medium and calcium absorption. That is nearly an entire ph point. I was using 7.0 approximately for who knows how long. Argghhhh but it is all a thing of the past. Greener pastures lay ahead. Whew glad I tried to solve that puzzle n got off my ass n did something bout it
Check ur meter regularly lol
