I think the key take away point in the clip is at about 2:30, right after Stone talks of the loss of millions of Trump voters.
He points out how Sessions is going against what Trump campaigned on. and talks about the hypocrisy of state's rights for some things, but not for MJ.
Then the real key point, that I have been harping on. at 2:36

I don't know who Derek Kitz is. Stone said he was putting together a coalition with this Kitz guy in the 8 states with legalized MJ to persuade the President that he's going the wrong direction here.

I think this is going to be THE group that I was hoping someone would put together.

I'll be supporting Roger Stone in this effort in any way I can.

And yes, i see the irony(is irony the right word?) of a Nixon guy being the one leading the charge to keep MJ legal. So many of us on the right, are really libertarians. (can i call it the alt-right? without the snide Hillary definitions you might associate with that term?)

Right and Left are economic positions adopted by politicians to try to run government in whatever (usually dumb) way they think it should be ran. These are universal definitions, they do not depend on how you think "america" is currently using those terms, and again, when you think you can interpret any term you want as liberally as you do, we side-track on threads and instead of discussing the subject, people need to actually point out that there are things called dictionaries...

There are certainly extremists across the political spectrum, but most psychologists now believe that authoritarianism is a predominantly right-wing phenomenon.

- The Nazi party were fascists that co-opted the worker/socialist party (can't remember the partys name) to gain power. In other words they ran on a platform of socialism only to get elected. Once in power they executed all the socialists and outlawed the ideology, and the rest is history. Calling nazis leftists is like calling North Korea a democracy.

- Political definitions are not universal. In the US for example, we have no real liberal party as both main parties have ideologically shifted to the right and serve the interests of the elite, call that oligarchy, corporatism, whatever. Definitely not libertarian leftist though.
