Hello, has anyone tried Detroit Runtz from tiki madman here?? i was gifted this cut from a spanish friend and it's now in my propagation tent together with Lilly (breeder's cut), Blue grape fuel (breeder's cut) and Sour berry ( idk what it is lol, looks like a heavy sativa leaning hybrid rn).I will grow out these cuts as soon as i finish my current grow from seeds , i already grew the blue grape fuel which i liked a lot and was wondering if you had info's about the other strains that i listed

Yes, I've tried Detroit Runtz. Earthy, candy and gas terps and potent, balanced effect with plenty of euphoria. These finished around mid October at 49', north coastal B.C.

What breeder? Only know this variety from Old School Genetics.
yeah it's the parental clone, i got it from a friend that tests some of his varieties, he even had to send it back to the breeder some months ago. If that's what you're asking, i do not know the breeder myself, i think his name is Raoul tho.I had grown the same cut last spring, looked exactly like the pictures on OSG website ,i liked the bit sativa leaning hybrid high and the taste a lot.
@doc_loomis and @BCBIGBAG thanks for your feedback on detroit runtz, cant wait to test it out

here some infos and details about his strain from OSG :

Blue Grape Fuel: Animal Cookies x Headstash x NL#5 x Blueberry 80's
This variety provided for this exclusive collaboration by Karma Genetics, is a dominant Sativa variety Sour Diesel type. It brings petrol and fuel aromatic nuances typical of this US genetics line, with a clear and energetic effect that may turn out to be psychedelic. The North Lights #5 x Blueberry 80's male contributes to this cocktail with pungent tones and acidic grapes. The flowering stage is reduced as an Indica variety, but keeping intact the effect and power typical of the Sativa varieties.

Well-branched with highly resinous buds
This plant shows a fast and slender development, with branches capable of supporting the flowers' weight. It has a considerable stretching similar to some Sativa Haze varieties. Its height can be multiplied by 4 at the end of flowering. It yields flowers with an unparalleled aroma, and a high calyx/leaf ratio that facilitates bud manicuring.

Blue Grape Fuel, authentic fuel and grape flavour with an invigorating effect
Blue Grape Fuel has great organoleptic qualities, offering an authentic grape aroma reminiscent of the best quality red wine. Its flavour is intense, with a deep fuel aftertaste combined with grape notes. Certainly a delight for the palate thanks to its great bouquet.

It produces a stimulating effect, with a great mental clarity that allows it to be consumed throughout the day. It is ideal for walking in the mountains or enjoying the day at the beach with friends. It is a variety that invites any artistic activity, undoubtedly a first class effect.

Old School Genetics Blue Grape Fuel info:
Type: Regular cannabis seed
Genetics: (Animal Cookies x Headstash) x (NL#5 x Blueberry 80's)

Indoor flowering: 65-70 days

Outdoor yield: 700g per plant

i'm not in spain and i already have had the cut in my hands last year, the friend that sends me the clones is spanish and lives there tho, lets say it traveled some thousands kilometers to get to me :), i liked it a lot, that's why he sent it to me again, unluckily i didnt have the chance to keep a mother last year, I will try to graft some clones together to keep some genetics that i like around a little longer !

OSG are friends of mine that why i know there are at spain, there are good crew
yeah i liked their BGF alot so a couple months ago i gifted a friend with some seeds of their blue D#5 , glueberriez and black beard (tho it's karma and bodhi, they sell it on their shop), he's running them right now and will surely send clones if he likes them. IDK when i'll have some time to try other seeds, probably fall 2025 and i already have to bench GG#4 cause my flowering tent only holds 4 X 10 gal pots (living soil), planning to get a bigger one ASAP.

oh @aCBD be prepared cause atleast the clone has got very sturdy stems but the plant stretches a lot during flowering transition so i'd advice to LST it or do a short veg

Thanks for mentioning it. I usually top once and do LST on every plant until the second or third week of flowering. The joys of Led..

Sweet you mention BlueD#5 and the others, sounds like you have good taste. :smoke out:
