Maj...you're keeping some good company!

Just poppin' in to check in. I wish everyone a safe, sane, and economically sound transition to summer just around the corner. :)

I also want to add my thanks to all in the DSW who have lent a helping hand in the last several months. Things got pretty rough in the life and some things... went down that really give me cause to take stock in my position... and give thanks to and recognize the awe in whatever forces that are in play that are responsible for my existence and grand life experiences during my brief stay in our little corner of the Universe.

Well folks, it's been a heck of a year so far! Good, bad, up, down, and perspective. And I picked up a bride to boot! :D :D :D I love you, baby!

I've taken a break from things dank as of late but I am going to be dipping my feet back into the fountain in the coming weeks. A very good buddy has gifted some of his precious stock to get me started and I've dropped a few seeds, too. I'll drop some details in a few, but I really wanted to just pop in and show my corpse here...not to worry, it's just dust I'm blowing off!

Recently, I got the chance to drop by a fellow DSWGU-er. He had some really nice girls that were maturing and I took the opportunity to dig out the cam and snap a few...Since my documentation system is, well, non-existent, I'll let him chime in and let us know who is who here. Damned memory!

AZ outdoor!?!

AZ outdoor!?!

Ok, I know it is far to late in the season to start a grow in the Phoenix area of AZ. Has anyone started an outdoor grow early in the season (March/April) using an autoflowering strain to finish before the Summer heat? Trying to come up with an outdoor growing option for this harsh climate. I'd truely appreciate any wisdom you guys might be willing to share.

~rock~

We are actually working on a strain that can handle temps up to 120F.

I can't imagine what the plants would do with the intense sunlight in the summer given the plants are properly hydrated. We'd only have to worry about Arpio killing the outdoor plants!

Hopefully the medical proposition makes it onto November's ballot.

Yeah! And where the heck are those petitions to sign? I've emailed the Arizona Medical Marijuana Policy Project and they've never responded. I was on their mailing list *before* they launched specifically to get info on where to sign the petition. No info nowhere. DOH! Guess I'll cruise some head shops to see if people are set up there to take sigs...

And... the initiative that the petition is for will go on the ballot in 2010, assuming it passes...

Remember to sign & tell a friend! :listen2:

I signed the petition at ASU, there were balloters at the quad.

I want to get down to one of the pick-up and drop-off locations; surely there will be a petition to sign there!

I have a really private back yard and was hoping to plant a small crop out there early next spring. I'm afraid that the photoperiod will not be conducive to my plants flowering before the Summer heat rolls in. Anyone have any experience with autoflowering strains planted in the desert? Anybody have other strategies to getting a successful outdoor crop in the desert?

Well Well Well, looks like this could be home !!! Any of you folks members of the Phoenix NORML chapter that meets at the coffee house once a month ?? .. I heard another vote is coming up. Passed the first time by an astounding 64% ... but because of a wording flaw "prescribe" instead of "recommend" it was recalled .. Lets hope they get it right the second time around uh ?..lol
