i dont get the weather stuff unless there are people who control the weather yet still only have the means to talk to their lackeys on the open internet without using codewords
lets be honest this isn't to catch anyone sophisticated enough to know better like bin laden or the pros
its meant to watch the common guy and try to learn who is potentially for or against the government
this way they can put people in privately run prisons that operate for profit to work for 5$ a month, saving American corporations from having to work outside of the country to pay pennies on the dollar for labor
but its in the name of business, gotta make a profit

i'm pretty sure that the DHS is full of "tools", run by "tools" and they spend more time playing with their own "tools" than actually keeping us secure.
