Trump knows the virus is (mostly) a hoax. That is what you arent getting. And he is correct, btw. So, when he saw major 'nevertrumper' corporations having hoarded millions of masks just prior to the outbreak, it became clear that the deep state corporations ware complicit. Also, knowing that the virus was mainly a hoax, he knew and investigators know that it lead to an oportunity to study the situation. Obviously, Trump has communications which are not public. These could include statements between the whitehouse and these corporations and also communications between these corporations and deep state operatives associated with Event 201 (for example).
