This is specious reasoning.
We have zero evidence that anything is sped up in any meaningful way. Vaccine development doesn't work that way and never has.
The only difference here is that so many all over the world are working solely on this specific vaccine. That's not something you see happening normally. That we're making what looks to be quicker progress is most likely as a result of that, and not any tRump action.
The two are not mutually exclusive. Think about what you just said there. Who do you think makes vaccines?
