chachi Ras Pablo and Pebbles :) jeje They look great, so healthy. Hope keep on going well. The Michoacana is Verde Limón.. and cross with Nepal is untested yet ;) Remember Nepal male is same dad used with DC (Neeples). I would expect good things and good yield for a 100% quick sativa high... lets wish that hehe

Hey all :D A very cold and wet spring for us as well Charlie :(

Had to make adjustments outdoors due to the :( weather

Here is a x18/uzbeka from you. She is turning into a schrub :))))

She endured an outdoor midnight planting that ended in diaster with my dog getting spread by a skunk :( A very long night indeed....... I will have to tell you the story over a glass of wine :)

Esbe hermano, wish you all best succees in your marvellous garden. Always a pleasure to watch your pics and plants.

Rasjano, pinta saludable ein :) Wish goes swell

Good Bacchus, she looks so healthy.. I cannot say is strange springtime but I miss the heat. Things grow sooo sloooow, guess plants are still learning to swim! Is been rainning whole may and part of june, just a couple of sunny days. I dont know if Esbe took away our sun for his climate :rasta:

<<She endured an outdoor midnight planting that ended in diaster with my dog getting spread by a skunk :( A very long night indeed....... I will have to tell you the story over a glass of wine :)>> LOL we should try some spanish red wine then.. you know skunk is everywhere

Hola muddy
A beautiful cross indeed...thx for sharing!!
A couple questions: (hope you don´t mind)
Did the swazi have that licourice taste?
If so,how did the DC change it?
And what about the flowering time?

Raco, very nice crosses and plants !
bone,
i promised photos from chefchaouen, but unfortunatelly didnt make it to morocco.Crossed Andalucia by car.Surrealistic landscape. The definition of olive oil mass production.
I think Raco wont have a problem posting a image, its a Greek plant. The pic is a bit crap, but thats it. Its dry, untrimmed.Seeds from modern Greek cannabis. In my assumption, a lot of modern Greek is mixed with Albanian genetics that have flooded Greece since the 90s.
Indoors, tall and stretchy with some "freaky" leaves (got smaller pot to stay in height), at the end it developed foxtails, 2-3 male flowers.
The floral clusters, very small, were covered in resin, but not the leaves.Nice minty smell, but the smoke ripped my lungs in a 0.5gram bong hit even after 2,5months cured.

Jimmy!! long time no see...
Good info (as always). Is it potent?are you going you grow more of those? :D
Thx for stoppin by

Greetings Deep Chunk master Raco,

The Swazi doesn't really have a licorice smell, not to my nose, it's not anise, it is a very unique smell though, it reminded me of the American soda called root beer, with some hints of different spices. Very unique.

The combination with Deep Chunk seemed to intensify these same tones without adding anything noticeably different. I thought that Swazi x DC after dry and cured smelled almost exactly like chicken being flame broiled--the smell of lighter fluid burning, carbon, and a sweet tang that is sorta like barbecue sauce or root beer.

The taste and aroma when burned were improved by the cross. The smoke before inhale smelled vaguely incense-like, a quality I associate with the Deep Chunk but not the pure Swazi at all.

Flowering time and the time to trigger flowering were much reduced. The plant in those pictures flowered outside in less than 80 days--inside it took around 65 days. The original Swazi was slow to flower at about 90 days inside, or 30% longer than the cross.

Cool muddy!! great info :jump:
The Parineeta crossed to an Uzbeki male brought back the best aromas of her long lost sisters..just wonderful!! :D
A DC male from the same exact vintage has been used to hit two of my beloved colombian girls...now I cant wait to try this mexican:

The Mexican comes from a friend in San Diego. You know the type, a few hundred keys in the garage at any given time. Anyhow, this old guy sees oodles of Mexican bud several times a year from the newer ("pretendica" or "Arizona skunk") hybrids to the old true Mexican sativa spears. He gladly accepted a mission to save seeds for me from a top quality shipment of the latter. He got back to me two or three years later with these seeds and a sample of some heavy outstanding Mexican spears from the shipment they came from. That was last year or the year before. I have yet to grow this one folks, but I am definitely looking forward to it.

Best Regards,
Tom

Raco DC x sativa or sativa x DC is a combination that just can't go wrong imo... good luck with that... would like to try that dc x nepal one day too, looks just lovely in highlighter's shots!

Muddy, mine was the Neeple. Have yet to crack the dc x uzbeki.

Vaped a hit of the Neeple for the 1st time a few hrs. back. Nice creeper effect. Waylayed me for a while. Broke thru and mowed the lawn, but I'll be doing further R&R after hours, me thinks. :smoke:

My Neeple got some cool temps @ night - low 60's-high 50 degrees F. I'm sure that helped turn her.
F1 from the source. From what I've seen here, there's some slight variation.

Had to have an energy drink to get the chores done after puffing the Neeple! :biglaugh:
