can i decarb oil after infused,but in owen 105c 1-2h ?

I believe it's better to decarboxylate prior to doing an extraction.

Neutral Cannabinoids being more soluble than their acidic form and you get more bang for your bud.

Yes, when the olive oil gets to temperature in the oven you'll start to see decarboxylization gasses bubbling out of the cooking oil.
