Not to mention drone surveillance and other newer surveillance tech. They don't even gotta get out of their chair to track someone's every move now. At least it's probably making for fatter cops.

Drone surveillance Is right. Many people don't realize this Is happening. I come from the boondocks of the boondocks- The only way for them to do surveillance out where I lived, was with a drone and im 100% sure it was up there once in a while. Saw it in the daylight one day and confirmed my belief with binoculars. I was in an area full of large growers in an illegal state.

Along the same lines as Smart TVs-

If you have Google Search app on your smartphone, the phones Microphone is always on, listening for you to say "OK Google..." While they're waiting for the magic words, anything that is said before then is also recorded and sent to a "Third Party"..... They give themselves permission to do this. It's buried somewhere in the T.O.U. fine print.

Google also logs ALL search querys typed into their search engine, into a database that is scanned for key words.

My two cents is DUMP EVERYTHING that has to do with google from your phone and computer.. While you're at it, get rid of the smartphone altogether. I wouldn't be surprised if Apple gives themselves permission to have the microphone on at ALL TIMES, whether Google app is on there or not.
