DEA lands in buddys backyard

The DEA MUST get a warrant to enter a private home even if they see suspected plants on the property. It is NOT legal to enter a residence when there is no clear emergency. it was a fishing expedition and they get away with this crap because often they don't file charges. they know that they are acting illegally and could never win a case, so the filthy animals just destroy a garden and then laugh as they belt down whiskey and brag about their evil deeds.

Our tax money pays the salaries for these scum, these human cockroaches, and they violate the law constantly. if one does not have deep pockets to sue them and publicize their despicable actions, they get away with it. may each and every one of them get brain cancer...may their kids be born retarded...may their souls rot in hell forever...they are enemies of us and the law, and they deserve a painful and prolonged death.

The DEA are the absolute worst filth ever to don the skin of a human being and if there is any justice in this world they will reap the worst rewards possible for their conduct. if only all DEA agents had but one neck to snap!!

They needed no warrant when the 8 plants IN the backyard gave them probable cause. They see what is deemed as ILLEGAL in the USA and you surrender all rights to a warrant search. Be like if the dea saw him cooking meth in the backyard, you think they are gonna raid just the back yard...NO!
Get pulled over by the cops, they smell it but cannot see it. They cannot search the car,but if they see that roach in the ash tray or a sack with crumbs in it then yes they can search the car. Don`t let them see and they will not take. Since you think the police need no warrant,go ahead and throw up a couple plants in your front yard and see how fast the police come to your house and kick in the door....PROBABLE CAUSE!!!

even in cali the whirly birds do fly overs and find random growers .
a friend of ours lives one town away , he had 32 bushes in rows maybe waist tall and the bird flew over turned around and came back started circling and the guy was out in his yard waving medical papers in the air showing the pilots that they were entering a medical grow op. the bird flew away and the old guy had his meds all year .
I havent grown anythind worth while outdoors for years but when i did my plants had a medical growers certificate laminated and hung aound the top of the plant very visable from the sky......

down in humbolt , they issued plant tags for medical plants to be labled for the camp not to pull them....

i got my car searched on smell only. $750 on a lawyer and i still got conditional probation with record wiped clean after the end.

it was total bullshit.

i was stopped for a headlight out - went out while on the trip - at 3 in the afternoon. daytime. then smelled weed. i wouldn't give consent no matter how much he tried to bully me. big fat went and searched any way. lawyer did jack squat. felt like an inside job to me.

I was under the impression it was legal for them to enter if they find something illegal on your property.

NOT without a warrant!!! Fuck, I blew the patio door off the frame of my house and while at the hospital, they couldn't go into the house unless I gave them permission or a judge signed a warrant.

Blink if they find plants growing outside your house or smell weed comming from inside the house they can enter after that.. I've heard so many cases over the years of people getting arrested because they were smoking weed inside there house

I'm sorry. Growing outdoors while running an even bigger op indoors is asking for trouble.
If they see it from da choppa you're fair game. Even if they just break shti and steal your weed, it's a stoopid risk to take.

"get to da chopppa!"

seconded. 20 miles from Boston? In what direction? Yes we did pass a decrim. bill that changed it to a 300$ fine for < an ounce but many towns/cities are working to erase the 65% voter approved law. :noway:

Being a former Mass resident I can tell you that wether or not this story is true or not, I don't know but they train chopper pilots at Otis Air Force base on the cape and fly low all over eastern Mass at telephone pole hieght.I had 'em right over my indoor with 6, 600's burning, choppers circling in 3's driving me mental. The utility companies use infrared to check out the transformers on their poles all over the state so who knows?A guy I knew had his 3 or 6 plants taken by a guy lowered from a wire in a very exclusive nieghborhood well east of Boston, all from an Otis AFB chopper in training...he was never arrested and actually went to the cops and asked for his plants back due to his advanced lip cancer...They did not give them back nor was he arrested. He grows this very day....:joint::joint:

This story is fishy.

I've been growing outdoors for years here in Cali and the first time I trekked outside I had 54. I was tripping 24/7 and when ever a helicopter went over head my heart raced. It was a legal grow for many patients but it's still worried me having to explain or go through the hassle.
Anyways this year I don't even notice them, I'm at peace with the choppers. I don't even notice anymore and realized that just the other day. A heli went over head when my buddy was checking out the garden and he flipped started hiding and covering his face. I just started to laugh. I guess we're very lucky here in Cali, but if you're legal and not doing outrageous numbers C.A.M.P.(californians against marijuana propagation) LEO & DEA will basically leave you alone.

Anyways just sharing my experience and saying I don't believe this, not one bit. Too many loop holes. But that's just my opinion, so disregard it if you don't agree.

Huh? the decrim bill didnt officially change, a few towns have added additional 300$ fine for public smoking, but the original bill is the same.

DUDLEY — A 24-year-old man was allegedly found with 13 marijuana plants, each
weighing about a pound, equivalent to 900 marijuana cigarettes, a police report said.

Joshua R. Bousquet, who rents a room at 6 Tracy Drive, was charged with distributing marijuana, malicious destruction of property greater than $250, possessing unlawful fireworks and possessing a Class E substance without a prescription, 17 ibuprofen pills.

Mr. Bousquet pleaded not guilty in Dudley District Court yesterday. Judge Neil G. Snider set bail at $200, which Mr. Bousquet posted. A pretrial hearing is Aug. 21.

Dudley police Patrolman James Hutchinson’s report said he met Trooper George Berrios of the state police’s narcotics unit at the residence.

Other state police with the Army National Guard were on the premises with Mr. Bousquet, who was spotted by a narcotics unit helicopter.

The wet plants were on or about the property and had just been taken from elsewhere, the report said.

Mr. Bousquet said he owned the drugs, the report said.

Police said Mr. Bousquet carved an obscenity about “the system” into paint in his holding cell. The phrase is also tattooed on Mr. Bousquet’s back.

Also carved into the paint were similar words about the Drug Enforcement Administration, as well as “Josh loves weed” and “grow it,” the police report said. There were also carvings of hash marks and a marijuana leaf.

I read the article at the Worcester Telegram, so it wasn't DEA then? Is that really the same Josh that is commenting on his own news article? If so it's pretty funny shit.
