The DEA MUST get a warrant to enter a private home even if they see suspected plants on the property. It is NOT legal to enter a residence when there is no clear emergency. it was a fishing expedition and they get away with this crap because often they don't file charges. they know that they are acting illegally and could never win a case, so the filthy animals just destroy a garden and then laugh as they belt down whiskey and brag about their evil deeds.
Our tax money pays the salaries for these scum, these human cockroaches, and they violate the law constantly. if one does not have deep pockets to sue them and publicize their despicable actions, they get away with it. may each and every one of them get brain cancer...may their kids be born retarded...may their souls rot in hell forever...they are enemies of us and the law, and they deserve a painful and prolonged death.
The DEA are the absolute worst filth ever to don the skin of a human being and if there is any justice in this world they will reap the worst rewards possible for their conduct. if only all DEA agents had but one neck to snap!!
I was under the impression it was legal for them to enter if they find something illegal on your property.
Blink if they find plants growing outside your house or smell weed comming from inside the house they can enter after that.. I've heard so many cases over the years of people getting arrested because they were smoking weed inside there house
a DEA helicopter in Boston? this week? ...funny that all the Boston news outlets dont have any mention of this..
I am really struggling with this report being believable..

seconded. 20 miles from Boston? In what direction? Yes we did pass a decrim. bill that changed it to a 300$ fine for < an ounce but many towns/cities are working to erase the 65% voter approved law.
Police said Mr. Bousquet carved an obscenity about “the system” into paint in his holding cell. The phrase is also tattooed on Mr. Bousquet’s back.
Also carved into the paint were similar words about the Drug Enforcement Administration, as well as “Josh loves weed” and “grow it,” the police report said. There were also carvings of hash marks and a marijuana leaf.
Huh? the decrim bill didnt officially change, a few towns have added additional 300$ fine for public smoking, but the original bill is the same.
