This is rediculous. This hippie kid im acquainted with had only 8 plants in his backyard roughly 20 miles from Boston and the fucking DEA landed in his backyard in a black chopper, took his plants, went in his house and took his indoor operation along with 30 more plants. this is way to small for DEA what the fuck is going on? and y are they searching so close to cities for outdoor ops?

either they are flying over head doing thermal imaging scans or theres some new tech that found thoughs things because this kids doesnt deal, never has, only sees one person with all his product when its done! and i doubt dea would have anything do with a sting considering such low numbers... time for a rocket launcher this is war!

The DEA MUST get a warrant to enter a private home even if they see suspected plants on the property. It is NOT legal to enter a residence when there is no clear emergency. it was a fishing expedition and they get away with this crap because often they don't file charges. they know that they are acting illegally and could never win a case, so the filthy animals just destroy a garden and then laugh as they belt down whiskey and brag about their evil deeds.

This is true.. if they see something in your backyard. They have the right to enter. If they come knocking and they smell smoke, they also have the right to enter. What someone else said about not growing inside and out at the same time is very good advice. Regardless of that the DEA is bored as hell, especially in places other then cali. Here if they fly over backyards they will see plants in so many they wouldnt know where to start.

To start out, it's ridiculous he planted 8 plants outside with a bigger grow inside (although I've done this, but I'm a legal med patient) Even here in Cali, medical outdoors grows are usually illegal, unless in a greenhouse and locked up for "safety" reasons..

40 plants is by no means too small for DEA. I know aguy who got popped in California by DEA for 36 plants. Did they actively seek it out with scanners, heat sensors etc? NO.
A snitch informant gave them a lead and they went after it.

They need to fill quotas, and they do it the safest way possible - busting small and medium sized growers who are usually peacefull farmers, they don't want to risk their lives going after deadly mexi cartels, no way too dangerous, they'd rather pillage and ruin working people's lives, then let the local courts waste our taxes on BS that ends in fines and prison time we once again get to pay for...ergh boycott the war on Cannabis.
