I'd say that the father has lost his son, and this will tear them further apart. The father should have sat down and had a man to man talk with his son. He could have kept him loyal. Now the son will hide his drug use from his father and could quite possible go further off the deep end that had he(pops) not done this. Being a learned man I hope he realizes this point.

Besides it is a bogus winning bid anyway. So basically instead of doing what Smokey says here (the right thing) he's gonna get his hopes up for the $9,000 that will never come.

HAhaha i find this thread funny as hell. It's funny how many people look deeper into things then need to be.

Obviously daddy was pissed off. Instead of breaking his 15 year old kids hands for smoking something he does agree with or want in or around his house, he sold his toy... Wah wah wah I bet he's home shooting heroin now, and slitting his wrists over it. Not. I'm sure pops got his point across, and both father and son had a nice chat and got quite a kick out of the heartfelt hoopla he created... I mean if his kid was home watching the auction with dad, he certainly wasn't out smoking pot with his friends.

For the few who cant seem to put 2 and 2 together... NO ONE is paying 9 grand for a game that for sale for $150 on the same auction site... it was those few who were so APPALLED at a FATHER who in this day and age would take his kids TOY AWAY who placed the shill bids.... I mean, oh my god!!! How can we just sit back and allow a father to take his own kids toys away on christmas for smoking herb. I mean for god sakes he's not disciplining his kid the way I THINK IT SHOULD BE DONE. How dare him to cause his son such a deep depression. I mean taking his toys away.. Gees How dare him LOL.

In the end the point was made, and rest assured no one paid the 9grand. I mean don't worry..... I'm sure in the end the kid got his TOY
