I believe what they mean when they have a possession limit, it means in PUBLIC, not what you have at home. So if you grow X number of plants, you obvious can possess whatever comes off that. But you can't go around in public with your plants or whatever you got off them. You can only possess what you need for the moment when you leave your home/grow.

This is why these limits are so much lower. They don't want you taking what you've grown and selling it on the streets. So if you carry too much on you, they're going to assume you're a dealer, and if it's in small bags, you're screwed!

Can anyone translate the Czech to see if this is what they mean?

In California you can grow varying amounts up to 99 plants in certain places. But the max you can have on you in public is 8 ounces (although this has recently been struck down cause Prop 215 didn't place this limit)

im sure czechs can obtain the same seeds i can....dutch seeds get sent all over the world...
they're closer to A'dam than me anyways...
im always most interested in native strains...so if there are native czech strains ill try n' get some for sure....

The way this is being interpreted and how the true word lies, is very different.
I'd like to tell more but i must revert to some sources first...

The law and how it is enacted are two very different things, and we all very well know that the czech police have enough problems to be worrying about any type of small scale breeding or growing projects, particularly of a medicinal nature.

More on this some other day... though i'd like to see if i cant find the supreme court decision; which well- like i said i like to keep my sources strait.

Propaganda aside, this is a traditionally agricultural society... and this can move one of two ways, because there is no in-between with medicinal marijuana anymore, nor the benefits of hemp.

The czech republic can either ride the tide, or create the wave That really is up to the growers whom form its community and how willing they are to see the ever-present reality.
The gold mine upon which we sit, well echh like i said to another day.

I always thought the rule was, if your not gonna have more than five lights, don't bother with the anti-detection radar foil~ seriously.

Oh yah, and don't sell to kids; but that always seemed kinda logical to me!

Pot is very accepted here, by the people and the government- and the police... particularly when you have good pot. They like the goods. They know. You know.

P.S. I don't see what the Czech are complaining about.Here in Bulgaria we can only dream about such law (it's 15 years jail for simple possession down here and the law makes no difference if it's a kilo of heroin or just a few joints).I guess you guys just don't value what you've got.
