Don't talk to them and don't listen to Dieselfuels advice either as he is likely to be a government stooge. If they had reasons to talk to you they would have come with a warrant and since they do not have one they are trying to get you to incriminate yourself and make their job easier for them. They have nothing on you or they would be up your rear end already.

You have absolutely NOTHING to gain by talking to them so why do it when you have everything to lose? Ignore them altogether unless they get pushy at which point you STILL do not have to talk to them. If they want to talk they can ask you questions but you STILL do not have to talk. Why make their job easier? Have a lawyer present when, and IF, they question you anyway.

Of course you can lie to the feds or any other fuckin' pig if that's the only way to avoid trouble. At some point someone will have to lie to the rancid establishment. If the govt. is looking for you to incriminate yourself why wouldn't you lie? When it comes to lying, less is more. Don't tell elaborate stories. Keep your lies as short as possible. One word lies are the best. For example if you are asked: "Is this illegal substance yours?" Answer: "No." Anything asked after that, you need to ask for your lawyer and not say another word.

Besides, IF it is the usda, I don't think it likely that the dept of argriculture is going to seek obstruction charges if someone lies to them.

Don't talk to them.
Anyone can send you anything, doesn't mean you asked for it to be sent to you, it must be a mistake, you don't know what it is, who sent it, or where it came from, it's not for you, so yes, go ahead and seize it, as you never asked for it in the first place.
Make sure you destroy your WU money transfer slip or whatever you used to pay for it.

Don't talk to them at all, if they could make you, then they wouldn't be asking.
Again, you don't know what this is about, and you really would not feel comfortable answering any questions without your attorney present.

Might not be a bad idea to get rid of the PC you ordered it on or at least have the hard drive wiped, but I'm not a computer expert so I'm not sure on this one, but better safe then sorry

...all good advice...

...even if there is a paper trail that leads to you tell them that you did'nt order anything and that if there is a charge on your CC then you might be a victim of fraud....remember that you have not been caught in possesion nor supplying what they are saying is illegal......it may well be someone that is trying to set you up.....and now LEO is trying to set you up....

you dont have to take a suponea either if someone you dont know comes to your house looking for you just be like can i help you if they ask you are that person reply with a polite no. Pretty sure you have to identify yourself before they give it to you.

If they had enough, you would of just been arrested. It is best to talk but not say anything, get them to say more. Karma girl, seriously the USDA does a lot of research and most is genetic manipulation. Nothing like an experiment gone horribly wrong and say an oak tree manufacturing any side effect. I can't say what side effects the public doesn't want, people mostly want very strong crops and nice legal gardens. I have heard a lot in my area from people working for the USDA and doing research. It is not a secret so much as it's nothing to bug them about. Just hanging around these places, has filled pockets with an herb we enjoy. Mostly I wouldn't trust what they might of done, some have said it was to find methods of destroying illegal crop productions. But there are genetic additions that would ruin a crop, nothing horrible like scopolamine genes in mj to haunt. The USDA are scientist not drug abusers, thus to learn is great and not to incriminate. Peyote is a huge crime, not something that a Jury is going to be happy to talk about. I hear selling that, burns anyone.

I was contacted by the FBI once. It was actually completely legal what I did, but it did look funny. When the agent stated she was from the FBI, and I asked her what this was in reference too, she mentioned the issue. I said " At this point, I am going to have my lawyer contact you for any further questions" I got her contact info, my lawyer called and left a couple voicemails and it was never brought up again.

Theres a link here somewhere of a video from a law proffessor and it explains how the most innocent statements can be used against you.

You have done the right thing hiring a lawyer. Let him/her do the talking for you.

The other issue is unless you laid out a huge paper trail, you are fine. Even if you paid by credit card, theres no proof what the purchase was for. You used the card to some company in Asia. Unless that company in Asia sends them an invoice, you could say you were ordering some really cool tshirts, pictures, etc. and they sent you a plant

Some one ratted thats involved. Your name was dropped. Most likely your friend that they want you to meet with when talking to them. He probably got caught with goods. They fucked up the delivery though so you are safe. The feds are trying to scare you into giving up someone else, or talking yourself into a conviction. Ignore them because when they do have enough to convict you they won't be asking to talk, they will show up in tactical gear with MP5's.

Ya nobody wants a bunch of room brooms coming in and cleaning house. Eminem, I know anyone can infer guilt from any statement, even questions or talking about books or movies. If someone wrote the right books, the FEDs would be into pulling a Shulgin attack. I am still looking for unpublished information, trade secrets.

Talk to a lawyer, if you can't afford one go to one of those "free consultaions", I think every state has one! Don't meet anyone without talking to someone that "REALLY" knows the law on this kinda stuff....

Good Luck Dude!
