Well I have the same problem. I am using a 150hps, ffof soil, and an oscillating fan. I have only fed with water and liquid karma(half strength per label). Plants are about 5 inches from the light. I had four strains and I accidentally mixed so I dont know which ones they are.

It is a little worse now and it is on both seedlings now. The above picture was from a few days ago. I moved them lower from the light and I made sure the plant was not blowing directly on them but that did not help. They seem to be growing fine other than this curl. Oh what could it be, what could it be???
