I have to agree with Haps on this. I have also tried making cannabutter with and without Carbolizing the buds/leaf/trim before extraction. It always works better for me if you DO heat it in the oven first. Searched it here and other forums, and it seems most of the experienced Bakers, agree with you as well.
All I have to say is "Try It"! You wont be dissapointed.
Oh Yeah! I would like to contribute to the thread. Use your green water left over from the Bubble Bags when you make hash. I have been re-using the same water each time I flush the bags, and my water gets nice and dark green. It will definately add to the Potency!
