I was reading something about a Belgium guy who runs a Cannabis Social Club in Belgium but Im not sure how it works and how it operates. Are these like get togethers in a house or some more public clubs etc? Whats peoples thoughts on these, good idea, is there one near you? Are they legal as such? Just wondering....
