Anyone who grows outside sooner or later will be harassed if not down right ruined by varmints inspecting your grow like the FDA looking for E coli.

Cages are great, but they let everyone know someone has planted an illegal crop, bringing unwanted attention.

Skunks, squirrels, coons, foxes, dogs, woodchucks
are just a few of the curious crowd who'll bring you down if they can, all in the name of "Golly, What's under that month old seedling? I'll just dig her up and see!"

If you have bull thistles growing in your area (the sharp spiny kind that rips clothing and punctures fingers}, hack one down & place several 8" hunks around your newly transplanted Ganja.

Oh, did I mention rabbits? They dig too! Cute little cottontails love new dirt!

I don't know if this is worthy of a thread, but it surely can help a few of you who struggle with these little b*strds!

Nothing will touch your plants with a few of these passive guards in place!!
