the longer they dig, the more "loans" they find from Russia etc that were not disclosed before he ran for office. i doubt seriously that WE will ever know about all of it. just the appearance alone should have disqualified him from any elective office. "you owe HOW many million dollars to Russian mobsters?"
I'd like to know a bit more about that $800,000,000 loan Trump reportedly had coming due.

can't be fined without an indictment, trial, and finding of "guilty!" you can't see anything apparently. no argument that The Chump was self-serving and criminal? LOL! EVERYTHING he has done in his adult life has been self-serving, and much of it HAS been criminal. and if any of the info he had was given to other govts (like Russia or China) then he has likely endangered the nation and committed treason.

WRONG!..A pre-indictment conference aims to resolve a matter before prosecutors present the case to a grand jury. At the pre-indictment conference, the prosecutor typically offers a plea deal to dismiss certain charges or reduce a charge to a lesser-included offense in exchange for the defendant's guilty or no-contest plea.

given the option of throwing money at a problem or going to trial, Chump has always tossed cash & then pretended he was innocent if not the "victim" in the case. until/unless he comes clean & delivers any documents still "missing", i'd drag his ass into court regardless of "how it might look" to anyone. this is what happens when you vote for a criminal. i don't think that he HAS all that he stole any longer...i'd bet good money that some of that info (if not the actual paper) went home to Moscow after his meetings with no interpreter in the WH with Lavrov...

Still reeling on Santos not getting fired for lying on his resume. Not only does he not get fired, but he gets rewarded with committee positions. Really shows what an AH McCarthy is.

all this will pale compared to the alleged $3000 theft from a dying dog's gofundme account
They're going to "Drain the swamp" with "Nothing but the best".

It is time to go with the You're either part of the solution or part of the problem approach.

Private Residences of former Presidents have never been required to keep logs of visitors. If Mar-A-Lardo ever had logs I never saw them but since it was also a country club it would make a hell of a lot more sense for there to be logs. The Republicans are just trying to get the rubes riled up with the no logs nonsense and you fell for it hook, line and sinker.
Glad you have noticed. It's how your fearless leader gets around who he makes deals with. I'll just bet someone is keeping track.....

And Biden has no legal authority to have those records in his possession, He only has classification clearance to take material that he himself classified.

bullshit. Biden is in office, cannot be indicted at moment. Chump is a Chump, no protection whatsoever. first you indict The Chump, prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law possible. then, when Biden leaves office, and IF there is enough evidence to GET an indictment (the scenarios are different), try his ass too. there IS NO REASON not to put that POS on trial regardless of what you "think"...
This is how I see it and from everything I'm hearing about the guy it's how Jack Smith see's it too. Also you really don't have to wait to go after Biden if they feel his case warrants it. I know we all heard the bit about how you can't indict a sitting President. Which is fine but there is a seperate mechanism for dealing with a President guilty of a crime, it's called Impeachment. As part of the Impeachment he can be removed from office and then once out of office the courts can continue to go after him since an impeachment isn't a matter of the courts, it's a matter of Congress. Given the current make up of Congress an Impeachment would likely play out the same as it did for Trump, he would be found guilty in the house and found not guilty in the Senate. My guess though is if it came to that Biden would resign much like Nixion to spare the country and the Presidency and more then likely when Harris became President she would pardon Biden. All legal matters satisfied and nobody given preferential treatment. Presidential Integrity left intact.

The not keeping a log at private residents really only applies to former Presidents and Vice Presidents. AS President wherever he stays there is automatically a log through his Secret Service Detail. Let's not forget that Trump also spent lots of time away from the White House at his various properties but unlike Biden, Trump was known to meet with Head's of State at his residences such as Japan's then-Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Chinese President Xi Jinping.

i understand about the impeachment option. i was replying to someone that wanted him "indicted" if The Chump was. he didn't mention impeachment or i would have agreed. the GOP has 2 years to make their case to American voters that they can govern/help govern. they're about to blow themselves out of the water on what might be their last chance for a long time...

so why resign? Nixon did it because he was going to be convicted in the Senate & bounced out of office & possibly go to jail. that's not gonna happen with Biden. The Chump didn't resign after TWO impeachments in the House...

I do like the proper usage of affect there.

Do you now why kiwi farmers pork their sheep in the top of the cliffside?

Cliff notes: Bidnen used his lawyers to return documents that weren't his and were a threat to National Security. Trump used his lawyers to hide and keep documents that weren't his and a threat to National Security.

If you can't tell the difference in context between the 2, you might be a moron. Or a hypocrite.

Beau always has a rational explanation. It's a open and shut case between the 2 idiots. Our GOV is not rational. Most if not all of what they do is politically motivated regardless of the law. They will do what causes the least amount of political damage.

Any other time they probably would have dumped this guy already but with their margin in the house so razor thing and McCarthy desperately needing everyone he can get, on his side to hold the Speaker spot they'll likely keep looking the other way. That story about the dog though, while minor compared to other crimes of Congress that one is just so despicable there should be a way to get him removed without needing the cooperation of his fellow conressmen. I mean he stole $3000 which is chump changed compared to the money he was pulling in for other schemes and as a result, the service dog the money was meant to pay for life saving surgery, died and to add insult to injury the homeless Veteran who own the dog had to panhandle to raise the money to cover the cost of euthanizing the animal so it didn't suffer needlessly plus the cost to have it cremated. If anyone still has doubts that the government doesn't really care about Veterans, those doubts should be fully erased by the inaction of this particular case.

I only suggested that he might do that because even though the Democrats have the majority in the senate it's only by 1 and with the unreliability of Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin Biden might not want to risk them letting him down and be put in a position of the Senate successfully voting him out of office. I know that's probably not likely and he can probably count on Manchin but with Sinema having annouced she is going independent I see her as a big question mark.
