Capitalism would be fine, if it wasn't for all the rules and regulations keeping the little guy out. I can raise 100 head of cattle on federal land, but they won't let me butcher them and sell it, best I can do is sell to a meat processor.

Same with the bullshit cannabis legalization, I can grow better weed than I've ever gotten from the dispensary, no pesticides or mold. Yet I need about a million dollars to even be considered to get a license.

Our politicians are paid by these big corporations to make laws that keep us from competing. They want us working for them and not allowed to do it ourselves. Socialism will be no better, we'll be forced to work for these corporations, sure they'll give us an average home to live in, with average amenities, average health care, but you'll never get anything beyond average, just like everyone else forced to work for the company.

Reduce the population aggressively, or reduce the standard of living for the majority to that which the inefficiencies of the state, can provide. Show me one communist country that has raised the standard of living for its people above that of the mean average of capitalist countries. I'll show you two that murdered millions of its own people and still reduced the standard of living for their own.
Communism is the cry of the incompetent, looking to receive more than they can earn. Hoping instead to be provided for by the more capable. Unchecked capitalism the cry from the fortunate, the uncaring lucky few who receive the advantages in life. Sometimes from hard work but far more often from positions of privilege from birth. Neither is acceptable, and so we choose the least abhorrent and seek to tame it with governments and taxes. And still the system fails us.
