I've heard debate that it was going to be mid-engine. I doubt that now.
This was something I pulled off the internet.

Looks tight as hell Gramps ,
And I thought they outdid themselves w/ the new blown LS9 vette .
I'll look next month at the opening of the 2010 Autoshow here in the Mota City n let you knowif theres anything that remotely resembles this concept vette .

brake cooling vents have always been located there.Looks like a corvette/lambo hybrid. Still looks like it could be mid engine to me. Are those cooling vents for the engine behind the side windows? A mid engine vette would be so sick.

That looks sweet, the Vette is already the best sports car for the dollar, they make it look like that and I will rejoice.
Not the cooling vents for the brakes on the quarters, the one's on the A-pillars. Or is it an optical illusion and nothing is sticking out?
Could it also mean they want to go AWD as well? That would throw it off for me.
always wanted a nice vette like that.......
Yes it is! That car is sexy.
I am in love with the new Lexus LF-A. Will most likely be as fast as a Ferrari Enzo.

yeah dont sleep on that LFA just cause its a lex but i think that the MP412C gon bus all they assThe LF-A weighs 3200 pounds, which is 600 pounds lighter than a GT-R, with more horsepower.
The LF-A has already recorded an unofficial 7:27 on the ring, in traffic. Corvette Zr1 pulled the same as a GT-R both on private, hot laps at 7:26...The 997t is at 7:38.
Not to mention there are only going to be 500 LF-As, made from all one off components, on a propitiatory carbon fiber loom. One of about ten cars, that have a full carbon fiber chassis. This is a exclusive car, and it will also be faster than the new Ferrari 458 Italia, which CandD said would be faster than the Enzo. All speculation at this point though...
