correct answers for drug evaluation

Might your sentenced have been longer (even if only probation or parole) had you not had the treatment part? Seems like double jeopardy to add treatment to an otherwise full criminal sentence.

My going to D&A counseling had no effect in shortening my sentence. In my area it is just something you have to go through if you have drug offenses period. Had I gone to a state prison I would have had to do it there but because I didn't I had to do it on my own time and pay for it.

How much information will they have about my case. It would be nice to know how much i can lie and get away with. Will they just know what I have been charged with or do they know all the details? Im writing a script for these people. They will never know what hit em. and if I still get called an "addict" I will know for sure this is a scam.

Where I went they had full access to my court dockets. All of that stuff in the USA is public information and on the internet if you know where to look. You don't even have to pay for it.

Should have kept silent, meth and dmt are both schedule one, no difference in the eyes of the law. They might have used it up testing for meth, coke, heroin, bath salts, ketamine, pcp, and about 9 other things before they finally got to dmt.

Just take the test thinking and answering like a Sunday School teacher would answer. Then pay the $ and go to the class because they are likely not letting you out of it. And pay attention and get into it because there's a test at the end. They want you to admit you have used before so admit to smoking a few bong hits at school before or something - or don't but to pass the class you must be guilty and admit it.Standing up on these people is a bad idea. In some places, if you do all the requirements and pay on time, they will allow you to get off probation after you do 1/3 of your time. If you take a plea bargain with adjudicated and fuck up, you will have to do all the time in jail...and some places wait until you are nearly off probation and then start trying to nail you to fuck you around. If you are one of those on their fuckhead lists then it is not wise to take adjudicated.

I should correct that. I told my paid lawer it was DMT not meth. I told the Police I want to speak to an attorney. I dont have shit to say to them. I learned that long ago. But it was sent to the state lab and came back as Dimethyltryptamine. But I maintained to my lawyer and everyone else that I was under the impression that it was an extract of salvia as to seem to know much less about DMT than I do. Not that that mattered in the end but at the time it seemed to be a good idea.
