About keeping records of side effects and deaths,we have the Lareb institution and they notify on their website

To date, there have been 225 reports of death from corona vaccination. This concerns 182 people aged 80 or older, 34 people between the ages of 65 and 79 and 8 people under the age of 65. The exact age of one person is unknown. Most reports were about the vaccine from Pfizer / BioNTech (Comirnaty) (150 after the first vaccination and 40 after the second vaccination). This is the most commonly used corona vaccine and also the vaccine that is mainly used in the elderly population. 22 reports involved the Moderna vaccine (16 after the first vaccination and 8 after the second vaccination) and 9 reports concerned the vaccine from AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria). The vaccine is unknown in 4 reports. Post-vaccination death does not mean that a side effect of the vaccine is the cause of death.

and there have been 5,666(approximately) confirmed cases of covid in the vaccinated population
16% of those cases were sever enough to require hospitalization
20%(again approximately) were asymptomatic
if these numbers hold up would be a spectacular success for the vaccines
some, of course, will disagree

Covid deaths data skewed by other illnesses, says Mayo coroner

Death figures reported by Nphet “do not have a scientific basis”, according to the Mayo coroner Patrick O’Connor.

He claims that many of those recorded as having died from Covid-19 were already suffering with other underlying illnesses that may have caused their deaths.

O’Connor, who acts as a public information officer for the Coroners Society of Ireland, said that recording Covid-19 as the principal cause of death when a person was already terminally ill raised questions about the accuracy of the figures. Since the start of the pandemic 4,831 Covid-19 deaths have been recorded in Ireland.
