It will be the latest grim milestone for a country that has by far the highest death toll in the world from the virus.

The US has seen more than twice as many deaths as the next hardest-hit country, Brazil.

But it is also one of the most populous countries.

In terms of deaths per 100,000 population, it ranks ninth, behind countries like the UK, Czech Republic, Italy and Portugal, according to Johns Hopkins University.

how do they explain India, with a huge population jammed together in squalid conditions, multi-generational households, pitiful to non-existent health care, but less than 1/3 of the deaths we have here? 158, 000+ last estimate i read. (no doubt, they have under-recorded the numbers, but still...)

Utah mother dies four days after taking second COVID-19 vaccine dose

A 39-year-old Utah mom died just four days after receiving her second dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, according to a Wednesday report that investigated vaccine side effects.

Kassidi Kurill, who lived in Ogden, took the second dose on Monday, Feb. 1. By Friday evening that week, she was dead, according to 2News, which was the first to report on Kurill’s case.

Diabetes is a big issue in India, but think their eating habits are much better than in the US and less obese.

gotta hand that one to you. never seen a picture of an obese Indian villager. are they giving the ivermectin anti-parasitic drug away? anyone know? i know it's not free here, like the vaccines are... i'm finally qualified for vaccination, they dropped the "on drugs" requirement because diabetics are at such huge risk of death in bad cases. now, if i could just get an appointment for a shot...no luck so far.

i tested positive covid 19 on feb 1 and used horse ivermectin, zinc100mg fish doxycycline vit d.... as i posted and i have diabetties 2 and high blood pressure and am 45lbs overweight.

i am not a doctor and not recommending anyone take non prescribed drugs.
