I will make you a "Growers Certificate" just like the patient ID / OCBC centers rip off fraud one for 13cents at kinkos... useless paper. You paid 30 bucks for absolutely nothing.

And if you think a collective issued one with protect you from anything, you might want to stop with the wishful thinking. Cops and courts don't honor bubblegum wrappers either.

Wanting something to be useful doesn't make it so. You could use the collectives' permit/ paper if there is a toilet paper shortage in your assigned prison cell block. It might be worth something in that event.

If you have a growing certification then photo copy it and post it here. Black out the name and addy, I want to see it.

California law states that any person with a doctors prescription can grow or purchase MJ legally.
Every county has different limitations on the qty of plants and dried buds but that's it.
There is no growers certification and if you paid for one, you got scammed.

Show me the shop handing these certificates out and I will show you the law/bill as it's written. It's easy enough to download or google.

Those cops are being cops. Dicks, period.

The certificate is just a saftey measure in case you are not home when a raid happens.

All it contains is your Patient ID # so the leos have someway of verifying weather it is a legal grow without the owner/grower present.

In the State of California there is no "Growers Certificate" of any kind. Stand up to your local police and tell them that if they arrest you, they will be personally liable for damages, and be subject to personal lawsuits against them for breaking California law.

I would contact medicann if anything and ask if there is anything else they can provide including plant counts so this doesn't happen again.

my doc gave me a 30 plant/3 lb paper stating exactly that along with everything else that is needed on there.
