cooking with honey oil

:woohoo:

I have access to some high quality honey oil and would like to cook with it.
I currently powder my hash and add it into the recipe.

How could I use oil? Grain Alcohol? It would evaporate in the cooking right?

Also does anyone have a guess of how much oil to use?
Right now I use about 18 grams of ico-hash in a reciepe.

If had oil made from the same hash does any one have a guess to what would be the equilvelsnet?

Thanks so much for any help you can give me.
I have never used oil before.

ive been toying with cooking my honey oil in the same fashion. i expect that based on the potency of oil about a third to half of what your using now. peace DLB

do it in brownies that require you to melt the butter, (like Fry's cocoa brownie recipe), as the butter is melting drop the oil into it. the heat will make the oil disperse through the better, amke sure to stir it well to make sure the oil is evenly dispersed through the butter.

if its iso honey oil, DONT EAT IT. iso bonds to the aseotopes for a longer period of time, so if you ingest iso oil, you are eating toxic iso at the same time, it may not be in a huge quantity, to kill you right noww, but it will build up in your liver over time with continual ingestion and could kill you, or cause the formation of cancers. there are actually some forms of cancer that cannot survive in the body without iso. nasty nasty stuff.

No no no, not iso hash, it is ico. Made with ice water, basicly it looks like kief :chin:

For shipping reasons i thot oil would be easier to get from point a to point b.

But I am not sure of oil strengh becasue i used it before.

I was thinking of mixing the oil in with butter too.
