...and every single one had an unidicted co-conspirator to testify that there was a conspiracy. By definition conspiracy requires 2 people to occur. No, it doesn't require that 2 parties get convicted.

furthermore, me telling buddy X when to water his plants puts us together in a conspiracy. Often times 5-0 uses a conspiracy charge to get a lesser member of the conspiracy to flip on someone else. If i told buddy X when to water technically I can be charged with just as many felonies as the persong actually growing the herb, even if i've never seen it or really knew it existed. (this is all in the great USA don't know about anywhere else)
