Feel like cali is lubing the scene up for a corporate takeover of the game. Chasing out the quality connoisseur growers. I heard all the storefronts that are allowed in s.d. are bought up by out of state money. It sucks this state cant just make their good thing work for the state. How are the warhouse fareing these days? Nothing to fuck up but kinda less clandestine. Such a bad deal to the op, wishing you big clean yields. Such a mixed bag in this state. Horror stories even with low #s wtf?
OP said he had 700+ plants. How is that low #'s? If you don't want to get raided follow the law and grow your 6 flowering plants.
I'm all for legalization but don't expect me to shed any tears in the meantime for people like OP who get busted trying to make commercial profits off of medicine.

Sounds like the Landlord 'knows' somebody. Usually the Ins. doesn't cover lead paint removal.
And I GOTTA ask: 700+ plants in a house? Was there any room left for living there? Or was it simply a Grow?

A judgement wont be affected by a bankruptcy, you will still have to pay it...
I ended up getting it reduced by $58k from an attorney that is now a Mason brother of mine. I paid it and wont look back!!!
The house was massive. The 700 plants was just the downstairs rooms. I did high number verts at the time and has clones...

I really hate listening to people who think they know what is best and making the people who truely need suffer when medicine is not available. If it was available like you want it there would be no need for someone to make a profit.

"Helping people for a profit" is like getting paid for doing charity.
OP was running a business that failed. It wasn't some philanthropic collective meant for the purpose of providing low cost medicine to needy patients. It was a for-profit business venture, simple as that.
There's nothing wrong with that. It's fine to try and make a profit, but don't pretend like your doing the lords work by selling meds to sick people for $2k a pound.

This is the same crap you get with the minimum wage arguement. We should raise the minimum wage to $1000 an hour or even $1000000 an hour. How much is enough? Same thing how low is enough?
With out profits a lot of people don't get what they need. Plain and simple, you would rather the patient goes with out than god forbid some one pays their bills.

well the pharmacy don't go giving away free meds either...theres a pill for everything now but It sure aint free...making money off the sick keeps pharmaceutical companies rich...the land of the free costs the most
Name ONE medical field that does NOT profit off the patient, ill give you all year to think that one up...
At least "US" patients can make a living by supplying other people medicine, in this unregulated market.
Rather the pharma's do it all and get all the profit, like they already do in every other medical field?
This is a modern day gold rush, that ANYONE can get in on, and most likely wont happen to this extent in our lives....
