I would contribute severalstrains but they are all clone only. Holy shit, my strain list is at 34, eek! Time to thin the herd.
Show off. Btw, have you seen my new Ferrari? I know it's kinda hard to see, parked behind my Lambo and the Hummer... ;)

i don't think that's physically possible...that would be 40% thc total with only 60% being actual buds...

It's not possible, but not for the reasons you stated.
It wouldn't be 40% THC, it would be 40% of named cannadinoids. There are other cannabinoids, but there is no way there is 21% CBD. That is impossible.

I'll give this thread a bump with a few of the better yielders that I've grown:

Serious - Chronic (grew outdoors but still good yield and smoke)
TGA - Agent Orange
Joey Weed - C99 x A11
Sensi - Northern Lights

There are many strains out there now that fit the requirements stated in the OP first post. Good idea to bump this!

I don't grow for quantity but if I did it would be

PPP - Nirvana
C99
Orient Express
Bogglegum
Strawberry Diesel

I'm sure there are many more folks have exp with...

Cash croppers can not grow connoisseur weed, this is why, because their greed won't allow them to select connoisseur cuts.
They tend to select cash cropper strains based on yield, finish time, bag appeal and THC results and try to market the finished product as A grade or connoisseur flower.

Greed Ruins Weed, there are no short cuts to spending more time in your garden.

I agree and disagree though. I have rooms full of projects, long flowering Sativa's, testers, etc. Also needed is a good hybrid that's quick, plentiful, and top notch. Say Sweet Tooth for instance, there is certainly Conny grade phenos to be found and it is quick and large yielding. Same with PPP.

So I agree that the type of grower that is in it for the money then they would not grow even the best genetics properly. Now an experienced grower gets their hands on a high yielding quality strain, there is nothing wrong with maximizing the potential and have a large harvest of proper cannabis.

So the question should be, what strains have grade A quality and yield well. Leave the cash part out.

Ok with all that said I see what you are pointing at a little clearer.
Sour Diesel
Chemdawg 4
Jack Herer
Dutch Treat
Blue Dream
Grand Daddy Purple
OG Kush (ghost)
Super Silver Haze
Lemon Skunk
Super Lemon Haze......

Really there are lots of good yielding clone onlys that finish with A+ flower. I think the trick is choosing one and growing it for a few runs to learn its needs. I have grown all of the ones above at one time or another with over a pound a light and A+ results. There are many more of course but these are the most common ones that people would recognize.

probably true for many but definitely not all cash croppers. there's some pro's growing, and showing their growing, of some AAA strains.

surprised no one suggested GG4, then i realized this thread has been resurrected a couple of times and only has a few posts from 2013 till now

Cali medical dispensaries are full of buds grown by schwag-croppers. They take the best genetics around , pump'em full of hormones, bud boosters, avid, eagle20, imid and don't even flush. I miss the good ole days when marijuana was illegal and growers pumped out bomb ass weed from humbolt and social indoor. now its a bunch of tweekers up north pushing prices down with outdoor/greenhouse/light dep schwag and down south every tom, dick and harry growing garbage in giant warehouses. they get away with it because greedy ass dispensary owners don't give a fuck about their patients. ok I'm done.

There is an amazing hazey pheno in Dinafem's original amnesia. Massive buds, done in nine or ten weeks, smells of pure incense when burned. I bought another sixty seeds in an effort to find it again and nothing came close, it really was a one off plant it seems
